CantWait wrote: What's your favourite song or music that motivates you to get up and get a great workout? Something with a really great beat.

I aso like really any kind of hip-hop when I'm working out, 50 cent, Blackeyed Peas, stuff like that. I personally can't stand it when I'm at the gym, taking a class, and the instructor puts on country or oldies. 80's is okay, but really it's the poppy stuff, like Justin Timberlake, that I like to workout to.

Old Gwen Stefani, or new and candied Gwen Stefani?

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
Ditto. Although some of the classic rock is great to workout to as well.

I have usher, tag team, pussycat dolls, kanye west, destiny's child, beyonce, fergie, baby bash, mary j blige, lil john, colbie caillat, sean kingston, timbaland, nickelback, pink, natasha bedingfield, gnarls barkley, the eagles, led zeppelin, cars soundtrack, guns n roses...in addition to the ones Rae mentioned. I also have my cool down music. wink.gif
