Evil mom at the girls' daycare

God. and I've got a huge meeting today" and glared at the little girl. She walked around like someone had thrown acid on her or something, and when one of the little kids said "oh, did Lindsay spill milk on you?" she said "NO, Lindsay did NOT spill milk on me... (other little girl) spilled milk on me!" The other little girl started to cry - she's just a little girl! And it was just milk - not like it ruined her outfit or anything.

Then, the mom told one of the kids that they needed to sit down because their running was what caused accidents like that one, and one of the other 3yo girls said "No!" as 3yos do. The mom looked mortified, and said "well, I guess now I know where my child gets it from! But it seems like she actually gets in trouble when she says that to me!" What did she want the teacher to do, put her in time out because she told some stranger "no?" As she was walking out, the mom said "looks like I may need to find somewhere else to bring my child." Good, go then. Evil witch!

I just sat there watching the whole thing in amazement. I couldn't take my eyes off of it - like a train wreck! I should have said something to her, but honestly, I wouldn't have been diplomatic about it and probably would have made things worse

HOW RUDE of the lady though! Good maybe she can go somewhere else. I feel sorry for the girl though! I really think parents like that need to grow up!

b&bsmom replied: Wonder how she would have reacted if she saw someone speak to her child like that. I worked in daycare for years and believe me you get all kinds. It is moms like that that just make you so mad.

Boys r us replied: That is UNBELIEVABLE! Makes you wonder why some women have kids of their own at all! She obviously doesn't understand how to deal or communicate with them and it sounds like she doesn't have an ounce of compassion!
