LOL well I told him on facebook so I couldn't really gage his excitment, but I could tell that he was happy that quote "told you my boys could swim" lol, and than he changed his fb status to "Ron is very happy that munchkin #3 is in the oven", so I think it's safe to say that he is quite happy.

Foreign Affairs in Canada also has postings all over the world and they are not military.
Not only that but there are lots of companies that are American and otherwise that have factories all over the world that we don't even know about. Nestle is one of them, and Cadbury I believe it is.
There is an American that is here that works for a chocolate bar factory here, but it is an American one. It's neat because they have chocolate bars and chip flavours here that they don't have in Canada or the U.S. Some pretty odd combinations at that.
