sparkys2boys replied: Oh yikes. I have no clue. I hope you get your money back though.
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Can you contact the credit card or bank that you used to set up your Paypal account? That's what I'd do.
Calimama replied: I figured it out! I filed a claim with Paypal and I'm going to call my bank. People these days are horrible.
luvbug00 replied: ita call bank/credit card people send them or give the that letter to cancel payment
Jackie012007 replied: I gotta say though, eBay did that to me as a seller for no reason... ended a listing and suspended me. I contacted them and they realized they had made a mistake and gave me everything back... I hope it's a misunderstanding for your sake!
Calimama replied: Exactly what happened. I felt sorry for the girl until she sent me a rude email cussing me out.
gr33n3y3z replied: I buy nothing from ebay unless its a *company* selling left over stock
lisar replied: Paypal will give you your money back. Just make a formal complaint with them and they will give it back no problem.
Farelle replied: You should be able to get your money back since you used ebay ad paypal! There is a place on ebay, sorry can't remember exactly where, that you can file a dispute. They are really good about taking care of things, and I would think especially in your case since they removed the seller themselves. Just look around and I am sure you can find the dispute center and inform them of your problem. Good Luck!
Kaitlin'smom replied: so ebay should not have done it? why woudl she send you a mean e-mail? I guess I am a bit confused
Calimama replied: I got the email I copied from above from Ebay but the seller is trying to say that it was a mistake. I filed a claim for fraudulent seller with Paypal like the email said to do and the seller got upset and sent me a rude email because my filing the claim put her account on suspension. Complicated but I got my item at least.
