Drinks? - What do you all drink??

CantWait replied: I loved Cranberry juice while I was pregnant for some reason. It helps with the urinary stuff, so there's a benefit. If you don't like the taste, mix it half with Orange juice, that's my favourite yummy.gif beer.gif

jen replied: I drink all different types of juice and I make sure it is 100% juice (cranberry, white grape and peach, apple, orange, pear) <----those are my favorites for this week. I am not real big on plain old water so I mix my water with juice probably half and half it cuts down on all the sugar and I end up drinking 10 or 12 glasses a day! thumb.gif i also drink decaf coffee from starbucks, where everyone knows my name! ha ha! I can't have the high fructose corn syrupy stuff in sprite and root beer b/c I am hypoglycemic and have to watch my simple sugars. If you start mixing a little bit of water in your juice eventually you will be able to dilute it half and half or more and then you get more of the benefits from water, that is what my doctor and nutritionalist had me doing before I got pregnant. HTH!

coasterqueen replied: When I was pg I stuck to caff-free drinks and water mostly, maybe oj too. I pretty much stick to the same things since I'm nursing too, lol.

MomToMany replied: I'm not a big juice fan, but I do drink lots of OJ, especially the kind with added calcium. I like plain tap water and milk. I do have a can of no caffeine pop once in awhile, but not very often.

ellejames replied: I drank blended ice with decaf cold coffee and a tsp of vanilla. Kinda like a Frapachino (from starbucks) it was refreshing in the hot summer and it felt like I was drinking a fancy drink smile.gif

Also I like beer so I drank O'Douls. I found it the most authentic for 0.5% beer. They even have Amber O'Douls so it really honestly tasted just like beer. I didn't feel deprived at all!!
