Dr Appointment

MyLuvBugs replied: Ya know what helped me get the kid out of the tummy was walking. That last week I was just DONE with being PG, so I talked DH into letting me come to work with him so I could use the treadmill. I did that twice, and walked around our apt complex each day, and she came out right on her due date!

I know that your probably not in the mood to do much exercise, but walking really does help get the baby to lower down and open the cervix. You'll be ok. Just keep thinking positive. 1cm is better than none!!

holley79 replied: Well I talked to my mom tonight. She is visiting my granny in Orlando. She said that after the Dr told her she was 1 cm then it was about 2 weeks and she had each of us. So far it has held true for all the other pregnancies from our family. Fingers crossed. I have been doing a lot of walking. It's getting kind of painful though to go for too long. Not to mention I feel like I'm shuffling like an old woman.

I've been banned from the gym so I will go to the park and use the track. LOL

I have Dr. Appt. tomorrow so I am hoping for something to have been happening since my Dr. has decided it is time to "check" things out (I hate that part ) with my DS when the Doc "checked" things, that was when i started to progress forward...fingers crossed it is the same with this one...I am SOOOO over being PG right now it is not even funny

I think everyone at work is trying to get rid of me because they keep asking me if I'm ready to go out on maternity leave. LOL.

According to the baby pool here at work, four people have bought into the 15th of Dec which is a full moon. These people just ain't right.

Is that NOT the truth. I have to practically roll out of bed to get up. It's not much easier getting up out of my overstuffed chair either.

Oh boy do I know about the full moon nights. Working at the SO must be similar to being in the hospital.

I have taken the 15th off because I have 4 hours I have to burn. I have to have it burned before the 16th.
