Here's the instructions from their website to enable active X in order to watch the video feed.

To enable your Active X Plug In Controls follow instructions below...

OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER -

GO TO TOOLS -

INTERNET OPTIONS -

SECURITY TAB -

CUSTOM LEVEL -

"ENABLE" ALL ACTIVE X CONTROLS AND PLUG INS -

AFTER ENABLING ACTIVE X - (CLICK OK)

CLOSE YOUR INTERNET EXPLORER -

RE-OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER -

PLEASE BE PATIENT - It may take up to a minute to load the webcam.

If this does not correct your problem, please refer to the Retailer that you purchased your computer from for technical support.

After viewing the webcam, we suggest going through these steps again, and reseting your "Custom Settings" to the default mode.
