You will catch on pretty quick-I had never watched it-DON"T like hospital E.R. type shows as a rule...but I watched a catch up show and got hooked! Lol!

Addison Shepherd got poison oak in a place you would NEVER want to get poison oak by peeing in the woods. She thinks it's all karma from sleeping with Mark a year ago. (Karma's a big thing in this episode) Oh, and Dr. Bailey was the one who treated her so we see her sneaking around a lot since she's not supposed to be there.

That guy with the heart problems (I can't remember his name) who kept flirting with Izzy was back with heart problems again. So they flirted, and Alex got mad, and Izzy blew off Alex to go on a "date" with the guy in his room.

George spent a lot of time talking about how he didn't want anyone to know what was wrong between him and Meredith. Meredith spent a lot of time avoiding George. Finally he walked in on Meredith telling Alex that they slept together and then told Christina and Izzy b/c he thought Meredith already did. Then we find out in a flashback that while they were doing it she was crying and didn't want to.

In the end, Meredith tries to explain to George that she "didn't know she didn't want to" and George moves out. Dr. Burke sees him outside the hospital with his suitcase and invites George to stay with him and Christina for the night. And Meredith and Dr. McDreamy decide to become "just friends".

Oh, and there was this really happy engaged couple, and the guy had a heart problem with really bad odds. He decided to have the surgery and his fiance left him. He survived. And George fell down the stairs and dislocated his shoulder right after everyone found out about him and Meredith. A really cute doctor fixed it and in the end she gave George her phone number.

Geez, I really hope at least some of that makes sense.

I just have a small correction...Merideth didn't tell Alex they slept together....Alex guessed. Remember he said "so you and George slept together...who cares" and she said "how did you know" and by her answer..she told him. The exact wording might be wrong...but that was pretty much the jist of it.
