Does you little one like paper?

Schnoogly replied: Nope Iain loves paper too. His favorite thing to do is rip up that catalogs that come in the mail (supervised of course!)

Mommieto2Girls replied: Maddie loves paper also. She likes to rip it up in little pieces and eat it if she can. lol If she gets a hold of a big piece of newspaper she will walk around with waving it like crazy, it's funny to watch her.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Oh that's Claudia all right! She found our recycling box under the computer desk so now she scoots under ther and plays with all the newspaper!

Crinkling and (unfortunately) tasting paper is just about the best thing Daniel can think of to entertain himself. Newspaper inks can be toxic and messy (they rub off so easily), so we've had some battles when he gets his hands on a newspaper!

Daniel also loves to chew on tags/labels that are attached to clothing and pillows and such---the cloth tags that tell you the size and cleaning instructions. I think they are the closest thing to paper that he can find within reach. Also they are small, and he loves detail.

maliksmommy replied: Malik loves paper also, but I try and watch him closely because he has already had a paper cut~ I felt so bad for him, but it didn't even seem to faze him at all

Yup, whenever Ashley gets a new toy/doll, she flips it over looking for the tag. LOL

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Jade is the same way. I have to keep her out of the bathroom so she won't unravel the toilet paper. I can't do anything that demands paper around her because she won't leave me alone until I give her a piece of her own.

amynicole21 replied: Yep, Sophia is a paper-holic too. DH has to give her a piece of the magazine section of the Sunday newpaper so that she can tear it up. I try to keep her away from newsprint because I heard it has lots of icky stuff in it and has even been linked to cancer. But, the catalogs and shiny paper stuff is ok, I think.

catou_98 replied: LOL camille had a blast tearing up a sales catalogue the other day! she went crazy over it and it kept her busy and not thinking about the pain in her jaws for a least a good hour! Yeah....we had to make sure she didn't eat it tought, but boy, she sure tried!
