Doctor's appointments. - no more bad news please.....

But I wanted to tell you all this info:
On Thursday I saw the gynecologist and after much conversation about my other symptoms she decided I needed an endometrial biopsy, so I had it done on Thursday. I also had a pelvic Ultrasound done on Saturday and on Friday the 28th I go in for the results of these. Pheww do I need any more bad news or what. The way I understood what she said my options after finding out the results of the biopsy and the ultrasound, will be a hysterectomy or an endometrial ablation. I don’t know if I like either option but I am hoping we will make a correct choice and then I will eventually feel better.

I will update tomorrow and Friday. Thanks for your support.

Good questions! I didn't know the cysts were there. They were seen on routine mamogram and then they did ultrasound. Two are definetly small clearly defined simple cysts, the third is bigger (still not able to be felt, by me) and it is what they call complex and so they want me to consult a surgeon about maybe aspirating and maybe doing a biopsy. I haven't noticed abnormally more pain during my period, but I'm having problems in other places that some pain in my breasts would have been ignored probably .

amymom replied: Well, DD is very very sick today, so I moved my appt with the surgeon to next Monday. And took her to the doctor. I guess she will be ok, couldn't find anything wrong with her. so anyway. No update until Friday.
