sparkys2boys wrote: I usually try and make a huge dinner on Sundays because we eat quick stuff all week while we are working. Like today I have corn on the cob cooking, shake and bake chicken, cresent rolls, mashed potatoes and brocolli. Then we are having a hot cake a pudding dessert.. mmmm hot fudge at that biggrin.gif The house smells super yummy!! And the boys are bouncing to eat!!!

mckayleesmom replied: Usually on the weekend is when I make hot breakfast..eggs, bacon, potatoes.....During the week we eat alot of oatmeal and cereal for breakfast.

Dinners...I cook everynight and usually its pretty big meal, but I only do desert like once or twice a week.

Celestrina replied: No, I usually don't get off work until 7:30 pm. Sometimes DH will make a large breakfast.

stella6979 replied: I usually cook big meals every night, except for Sundays. That is my day to NOT be in the kitchen.

Crystalina replied: I try to do a huge country breakfast but the last few weekends we've been busy non-stop. bawling.gif

Calimama replied: Yep, we were raised with big Sunday dinners and it just carried over to my family now. DH makes a big breakfast on Saturday and big early (like at 2pm) dinner Sunday.

5littleladies replied: I try and cook a big meal every night, but on Sundays our big meal is in the afternoon after church. Then dinner is "fend for yourself"! biggrin.gif

luvmykids replied: We usually eat out for lunch on Sundays and do an easy dinner. I cook bigger meals on weeknights and try to slouch a little on the weekends.

Nina J replied: Usually I just cook the same kind of meal as every other night. We have a cooked meal most nights, usually 3 vegies and meat or stir fry, so it's the same on Sunday.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I almost always do a crockpot meal in the morning so it's ready by the time we get out of church and we cook a big breakfast. Dinner is normally leftovers.

Today we went out to eat after church.

AlexsPajamaMama replied: I will start cooking big dinners on sundays now that its fall and the weather is perfect for big yummy meals. Also dh has started working 1st shift thumb.gif before when he was on 3rd he would be napping at dinner time on sunday.

DillsMommy replied: We eat dinner at my in-laws every other Sunday and the Sundays we are home--we do have big dinners. But then again--we have big dinners just about every night I don't work. tongue.gif

moped replied: I cook a full meal every night usually, but the weekends are a bit "better" if we don't have something going on.

I always have a meat, potatoe, vegy and salad at most evening meals. We don't do dessert very often, maybe once a year. Jack will have pudding or yogurt drink if he has eaten all his food.

Jamison'smama replied: We go out after church on Sunday. I cook a big meal about 3 times a week.

lisar replied: On the weekend I always cook breakfast atleast one day. And on saturday nights everyone is at my house so its normally something decent to eat. But on Sundays I always make something NEW. lastnight I made Chicken Shepards pie
