Do you give your baby "naked time"?

Mommieto2Girls replied: The only time Maddie is naked is when she's being changed or taking a bath. I just now started letting her feet get some air. lol She usually wears socks all the time.

mckayleesmom replied: I usually let her lay around for a couple minutes after I wipe her down during a diaper change, otherwise she usually lays around in a diaper if its nice, she doesn't care for clothes too much.

MomofTay&Sam replied: This is a very tricky poll. LOL NY still seems to be enjoying winter weather. Sammy would love to be naked all the time, but he is a pee baby! Let that package out for a min and bam your getting soaked. Hopefully it will warm up, I have the hat, the sunscreen the baby pool and believe it or not the pool diapers ready and waiting! LOL

MommyToAshley replied: Just baths and changing atm. But, she will "run" from me when I take her clothes off for her bath. It's cute, I spend about 10 minutes chasing a naked baby before I put her in the bath.

I don't think I've ever met a baby that didn't love to be nekkid!! I just wish there wasn't such a 'stigma' about it here. When we went to Sweden to visit my DH family, ppl didn't think anything of letting their 4-5 YO run at the beach nekkid - the kids loved it and no one thought twice about it......here, it's scary that someone can turn you in for "child abuse" if you let your 2 YO run in your front yard nekkid (didn't happen to me, but someone I know!)

paradisemommy replied: Taven LOVES to be naked too and just recently learned how to take his diaper off so now i for sure have to put clothes on him (covering his diaper) or I'm sure I'd find little wet spots around the house
I don't think there is anything cuter than a naked little baby running around - especially their little butts!! makes me laugh every time..

MomToMany replied: Hannah likes to "air-dry" after her bath, so I just let her run naked for awhile. She tries to run away after diaper changes, too, so I just let her go!

Heather replied: Alison cracks me up when she is nakie...LOL she becomes a totally different baby...it looks like she feels so free and she just flutters around the room.

booey2 replied: Both boys love to be naked, Matthew, my oldest still wants to run around with no clothes on and Thomas runs away from me as soon as I get his clothes off. One day we found him in front of the bathroom door standing in a puddle of his own pee. Time to start training him.

mummyof2boyz replied: Sometimes Hayden will get away from me when I am changing his diaper. and I just let him go for a bit. He loves it. Sometimes Logan, my oldest will take all his clothes of without me knowing. I will find him in his room playing on the floor naked. It don't bother me, but a few times we got some unexpected guests and they got more of a show then they were looking for. hehe So I had to scurry around to get clothes on him.

Are you serious? Is that midwestern morals or what? I hope our redneck neighbors don't get any ideas about turning us in for that! I'd take him outside naked now except for the sunburn factor (also I can't expose his scars to the sun for a year after surgery or they will turn black--weird huh?) and put him in a kiddie pool in the front yard. He would love it!!!

I guess, because it's the dern "Bible Belt" around here (now, don't get me wrong, there's religious and then there's just downright NUTS because of religion)........

Sounds like it is time for you to go and get a big umbrella or a screenhouse or sunshade for that kiddie pool! Or can you do that if he's in the shade? Or how about a baby t-shirt for that pool? I do assume his scars are on his chest?

Schnoogly replied: Yep, well, one on his chest and one under his arm. They make these cool unitard like baby bathing suits. Maybe I'll get him one of those. And am umbrella--for ME too! It's 100 degrees here already. Dang it's hot.
