Do you believe in

I have been getting psychic readings lately and i have to say they are pretty accurate. Has anyone gotten any good readings they would like to share?
Crystalina replied: I don't really believe in pychics. Sylvia Brown irritates the heck out me. I believe more in people who talk to the dead.
I'm sure there are good ones out there.
Danalana replied: I could tell you what I believe about psychics, but I would just spark a debate Good question!
stella6979 replied: I believe they do exist, but I think they are few and far between.
momofone replied: The last psychic i talked to said i will be having a baby girl with light brown hair and hazel eyes and thats how i looked when i was a baby i thought that was pretty interesting.
coasterqueen replied: I'd love to believe in them, especially if they gave me an awesome reading and it came true (ahem, like I'm coming into a lot of money or something like that) BUT I've never been to one. If they are so "real" then you'd think everyone and their mother would be going to them on a daily basis. Hmmmm....
momofone replied: I do talk to them sometimes for advice on certain things one other one said i pick up strong on walking and that is my main hobby i walk alot.
cameragirl21 replied: ah, yep. I've been pyschic my whole life and read tarot cards for many years. My accuracy rate has been 99%+ and the only thing that kept it from being 100% is the fact that I made a prediction for myself once that didn't come true...it DID come true 2 years later but as I said in another thread, I like immediate results so being wrong once, even if it was temporary seriously messed with my head and I stopped reading tarot cards (for money) for a while and never quite got back into the way I used to do it all the time. And my predictions were always very specific, I at times scared myself with the detail in which I could describe things.
MommyToAshley replied: Referring back to the investment thread... Maybe we should listen to your stock market advice.
Back to the ot -- I always wonder how much of it a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you really believe something is going to happen, chances are it will.
Crystalina replied: I should say that I DID speak to one once. She said I would be losing money in the near future.
Then I got the telephone bill.
Calimama replied: Kinda. I tend to believe people who don't go running around blabbing about it though. IE Miss Chole (was that her name?) I think there are more fake psychics than real ones.
wcs40110 replied: I dont know if I would want to know things so yes and no.
cameragirl21 replied: lol, that wasn't my intuition, that was just me parrotting off what my mom has told my friends who are big into investments. My mom is very psychic too, though, that is where I get it from. Much of my predictions go back to the past...case in point--a man I did not know came to me once for a reading...I don't remember anything I told him, he was pretty unremarkable. BUT THEN, the next day he came back with a tarot deck that belonged to this gypsy woman who raised him (I don't recall where his parents were but this woman was otherwise childless and unrelated to him and she raised him). He handed me her tarot deck that was NOT in English (I believe she was from Hungary) and it was not a full deck and some of the cards had two of one card in it. Even though it's not in English, I know what belongs in a tarot deck and can tell if something is missing. I was able to tell him about her right down to the lighting fixtures in her home, her clothing and jewelry (described in detail), the breed of dog she had, etc...this grown man who was a COP of all things was bawling in front of me.... Can't call that self fulfilling prophecy. I begged him to sell me her tarot cards but they were one of the few things he had left of her...she had since passed away. I could SO feel her power thru her cards.
MommyToAshley replied: I re-read my post and I was hoping you wouldn't take it as sarcasm, but in jest -- which is how I meant it. Those that know me in real life know that I joke a lot, but since you couldn't see my body language or hear my tone of voice, you may not have known that.
BAC'sMom replied: Nope I think it is a bunch of crapola.
cameragirl21 replied: I totally knew you were joking, Dee Dee, I just wanted to make clear that I am not going by intuition on that one. You bring up an interesting point, though--my mom is very psychic, it was frightening what she knew when I was little...I couldn't hide much from her, she instinctively knew all. She doesn't read tarot cards or anything so it would seem I'm more psychic than she is because I "exercise" my power and she doesn't...intuition, like everything else has to be exercised and encouraged to be working most efficiently. But it's true--every prediction she has ever made about the stock market and the economy, even when it went totally against the experts came true. I always assumed it's because she has such interest and knowledge in the topic but now I wonder if it's her intuition talking...?
moped replied: When I was younger I believed, but over the years I no longer do believe. When i did it was because I was searching and wandering through my 20's. I know longer believe because I am happy where I am and what I am doing - no longer searching
