I feel like you guys are such a great support system and I'd hate to leave someone out just because of money. If I had major bucks, I'd love to be able to pay for an extra family but I'm going to be working my butt off to pay for just mine. LOL

Who knows what would happen but I think that we need to expose Parenting Club as the sanity saving parenting site that it is.

Who knows. She seems to be very supportive of groups of women. We'll see. I'm not willing to bet any money on it but so far, I've never seen her do a show about the newer influence internet relationships and parenting. Maybe it will pique her interest.

I do have to say that I never heard back from her on my letter about "why my DH deserves a makeover by the Queer Eye Guys."

MomToMany replied: Well, it would probably be the only way we could go. There's no way we could save that much money for a family of 7.

But DH probably wouldn't let me go anyway. He thinks I spend too much time on here.

coasterqueen replied: That's a great idea. I talked to Dh about it the other night and he just rolled his eyes and explained to me we had agreed to wait and go when BOTH our children are old enough to enjoy it. So it looks like we will not be going.

MommyToAshley replied: It's a good idea. It's worth a shot. Are you emailing it or sending it via snail mail. I noticed several email addresses on Oprah's website... which one are you using? Can you post the email or address you are using?

Sure, I'll do that. I'll also post a copy of the letter before I send it...we want it to be really good ya know! LOL

My computer and work databases are all acting really squirrley today though so it may be a while before I get on it. I have to get these databases working before I do anything else.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Gee I wonder if she will fly someone from Hawaii? Well we are planning this for a couple years down the road right? She would have to pay for us to get to Florida because we wouldn't be able to make it if she didn't. This is a great idea though. It would be cool if we can get the board out there to the public.
