Did your child have the - Power Wheels Jepp Thingy?
moped wrote: Just curious on some reviews on them and what your kid thought of them? Did they use it a lot? Or was it a few days and hten never touched again? Did you like it? Thanks!
The title should say JEEP
Kaitlin'smom replied: Kaitlin has the Dora Jeep, she loves the thing, and will ride it when ever she is allowed, however she is not to great at sterring the thing yet, so I dont get it out to often. It also now needs charged.....will have to do that soon so she can practice more.
lisar replied: Lexi had the Jeep. She didnt care for it though it didnt go fast enough for her so I got her the dune buggy one instead and she loved it. The jeep only goes 3mph. That was just Lexi though so you never know Jack may like it.
Crystalina replied: My kids have the Perego John Deer Jeep thingy with the dump bed on it.. They used it until we lost the cord to charge the battery. Wal-Mart no longer carrys the cord and we have been too lazy to get online (yea, go figure ) to order another. It was only used for one summer.
luvbug00 replied: I had one! mya doesn't but i wish we had a yard so she could.
coasterqueen replied: Kylie and Megan have this one. They LOVE it.
lovemy2 replied: Olivia has the Dora jeep - the first year she was a bit afraid of it but would drive it - now she pretty much asks if she can go to the store for me when we need milk, she loves it - its her favorite mode of transportation
moped replied: SO do you think 3 is too young???
coasterqueen replied: No, I don't think 3 is too young. My BF's son got his at 2.5 (he has the Escalade) and he was riding it around all over the place.
moped replied: The escalade - what next -
Crystalina replied: I don't think 3 is young at all. Evan is 3 and will be getting a real one (with alot of safety features) for his b-day.
jcc64 replied: So, what do you guys do with these things when the kids outgrow them? Are they easy to sell? I still have that heinous Little Tikes yellow and red cozy coupe and every time I trip over it, I wonder, what was I thinking and where can I ditch it??
moped replied: Excellent Question
I am thinking a garage sale - newspaper etc.........
hoosier momma replied: If you lived closer, you could ditch it at my place. I have been looking all over for one of those. They must be pretty popular in my area because all of the stores near me have been sold out latley. As for toys, I pass mine down to my relatives (I have 9 brother and sister in laws with kids and grandkids) or a couple of friends of mine that do daycare.
moped replied: Edited because I am an idiot!
gr33n3y3z replied: I gave both of ours away to another family when the kids were done with them
My3LilMonkeys replied: The girls have a Dora Quad at Grandma's - they both love it!!! Madison really can't steer at all yet but she has a blast and she's only 2 so I'm sure it would be great for 3.
luvmykids replied: They have one at FIL's and love it...I have no doubt if they had one at home that they would be on it constantly
Jamison'smama replied: It took Jama a while to understand steering on the regular cars but she has a quad and has been able to steer that since she got it. For us, the quad has been a much better toy. She has the dual batteries that make it 6v and she just feels like a little powerhouse on it. Jack has a little mini jeep and can't steer the darn thing at all.
KingMom replied: jen - my dh just ordered the jeep from walmart for Colin last night.
It's for his b-day, in October! Last year we got him an outside toy (playhouse) and he didn't really get to play with it b/c it was too cold. So he's getting now so he has all summer to play with it.
I'll let you know how it goes.
