Diapers, Diapers, Diapers - What brand do prefer?

CAMSMOM1 replied: We use Huggies Supreme. It's the only brand that fits him right, he's has a chunky stomach.  And they don't leak. We've tried other brands, but the Huggies Supreme work the best. I try to buy them at Walmart or Target, they are pretty cheap there.

huggybugboy replied: I love love LOVE Pamper (especially the swaddlers & cruisers) but I voted Luvs because we're poor and thats all we ever buy.

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: We use Pampers Cruisers or Costco brand...They are about as different as diapers can be but they both work well basically the only time I use Pampers now is if we are running out and a Costco trip osn't comming up anytime soon (about an hour away)

I like the Swaddlers because they are stretchy and NEVER leak (knock on wood), and Luvs because they never leak either and they are cheaper than Pampers. I tried the Parents Choice once and they were horrible. I gave them away.
MomToJade&Jordan replied: Well Jade started out in Huggies, but we were have leakage because they didn't fit right. That's when I switched to Luvs and never had a problem after that. Jordan is in Luvs now.
msoulz replied: I use Kroger Comfort brand. I also tried the Walmart and they are too narrow for my chubby girl and do not stretch at all.
A question about Luvs - are there different types of them? I tried them once and liked them but the second time I didn't as they were like The Walmart brand, did not stretch, so I wondered if there are Luvs and Luvs supreme or something like that?

holley79 replied: I use pampers swaddlers on Annika. The huggies and luvs were leaking on her and I was tired of always changing her and I. Especially when I was nursing her and we had a leak. So far the pampers haven't leaked on her. Knock on wood.

myangels_parkerntaylor replied: With my son we started out using Huggies and used them til he was about 14 months old and then i tried Papmers and have been using them ever since. I have never had a leakage problem with them and they fit him better than a size 4 huggies did. I prefer papmers over anything else and i am using the pampers swaddlers with my daughter.

Gosh I forgot about this thread.  Thanks for the info! I'm still thinking about giving them a try. I've been using the Target brand diapers and they're pretty close to Huggies (the brand I prefer) but we've been having some leaking issues with them and Dh is getting fed up and wants to go back to Huggies. Allthough I think using a size bigger in the target brand might help because they're made a bit small.
LoganAndAubreesMommy replied: I found that with dd Pampers Swadlers worked the best. When she got to be about 6 mos old we switched to Luv's b/c they were cheaper and they worked just as well.
AlexsPajamaMama replied: I used Pampers for a long time, they always have coupons in the sunday paper for them!! Then we used Luvs for a while and now I get White Cloud at walmart...never any leakage problems
