Democrats Defending Bush?

Crystalina wrote: Are their any other Democrats here that think that Chavez was way out of line? I was just watching MSNBC and Tucker is talking about it.
Me? I certainly think he was. ohmy.gif It's almost like siblings that stick up for each other. You can fight with each other and call each other whatever you want but don't dare let someone else step in and do it. rolling_smile.gif

amynicole21 replied: I'm no fan of Bush, but that guy is a psycho. I totally agree with you on that one - I'll make fun of him all day long, but don't let someone from outside of the country come in and start dissing him! LOL!

Crystalina replied: Isn't that funny? rolling_smile.gif

mckayleesmom replied: Sorry...I missed it.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I'm no Democrat so you can imagine my fury!!! mad.gif

mom2my2cuties replied:
I agree smile.gif

my2monkeyboys replied: I have to say that I'm registered as neither a Dem or Rep, but lean heavily towards the rep/conservative side of most everything. I don't agree with everything Bush has done, but that goes for all the political people I know. I think Chavez is nuts anyway, so anything he says is bound to be out of line.
And yeah, I understand the whole "sibling" mentality of it... funny isn't it!? laugh.gif

cameragirl21 replied: I'm definitely a democrat but I didn't see that on fox news BUT i definitely think Chavez is nuts, along with Castro and ahmadinejad.... wacko.gif
I can't imagine democrats defending Chavez but then again, it's Tucker Carlson talking so consider the source....

Crystalina replied:
No, Democrats were not defending Chavez. Tucker was talking about Democrats sticking with the Republicans and defending Bush after Chavez's statements about Bush being the "devil" and that he was so evil Chavez could actually smell the sulfur (sp). rolleyes.gif The man is loony.

cameragirl21 replied: you know, my webmaster and I were talking the other day about why it is that Latin American nations seem to get dictators--Pinochet, Chavez, Castro, Ortega, Noriega, etc....
You expect that in middle eastern nations but why in South American nations?
Never made sense to me but Chavez definitely has to go.... wacko.gif

Leons_Mummy replied: can someone please explain what you are talking about as i don't live in the USA im from the UK

redchief replied:
Two words: Political instability

Geographical location doesn't make much difference in general human nature. It there's a power vacuum power seeking despots will always try to fill it. If it's a democratic power vacuum, the downtrodden will tend to vote for whom manages to loudly blame all of their ills on some great evil he will vow to fight. That's how Chavez got in power.
