Darn it! This sucks!

But I know there is just no way we can go, I would be too far in my pregnancy. I know if I wasn't going be so far along in my pregnancy, we would most likely go.
Oh, well I guess there will be another time.
But...darn it ... they are going be so close and I'd love go to NC again!
Kaitlin'smom replied: how far along will you be? is that close to you? who is it? I am full of questions
3xsthefun replied: I will be little over 36 weeks
It is approx 4 hrs from here, not quite Mapquest says 3 hrs 30mins
It is Godsmack, we saw them couple years ago along with Metallica.
We have other stuff worry about right now too, we got save money to build new livingroom and bedroom. So see even if it is not too far I know deep down we just can't go this year.
I guess I'm just having little bit of a selfish moment right now.
HuskerMom replied: I love them! We saw them with Metallica a couple years ago too in Witchita. Amazing show!
Kirstenmumof3 replied: I've heard a few of there songs! I think there great! Sorry you can't make it to the concert!
3xsthefun replied: We saw them in Roanoke, VA with Metallica and I have say it was really great show!
Oh, good someone else likes some of their songs. Glad you like them.
I guess if I want my new rooms I will just have settle for listening my cds of them. I'm sure they will be on tour again sometime in the future.
A&A'smommy replied: awwwieee I'm sorry!!! I went to the beach when I was 36wks but it was my first child and I KNEW she wasn't going to be coming anytime soon!!
I like them also the have great music!!
3xsthefun replied: Well, you are braver then I am. We are thinking about going on a camping trip on the weekend of my birthday though, which will be the first weekend of May.
I don't really think he is going be here any earlier then his sisters. But guess ya never know. Knowing my luck I'd go into labor if I'd make a trip to far from home and being so close to my due date even if was couple weeks early.
Calimama replied: Camping while pregnant.. now that is brave.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Ha! I did too!!! We must have seen part of the same tour!
ps - if you don't have any problems with your pregnancy... i don't think there's a problem with going a little further away from home on a trip... when I was pregnant with zach, he was due early september,,, he was born August 30th though, 5 days early. Well around August 19th, we drove 6 hours to Quebece city, to see my dh's late godmother be inaugurated when she won the municipal election. We were there for only one hour... then we drove to Toronto. which is about 9 1/2 hours away from where we were in Quebec city. We stayed overnight... and left in the early afternoon of the next day, back home, 5 hours away.
Of course, I mean, if you prefer not to, that's totally your call. I also went to see the Dave Matthews band (dh's the fan, not me) when I was 39 weeks pregnant.
3xsthefun replied: Yeah, guess can call it pretty brave. I don't know I may change my mind by the time May is here. We would be sleeping in a camper and not a tent plus we would not be far from the hospital if something should happen.
3xsthefun replied: Most of been!
I know most likely I'd be ok. I guess I feel guilty about spending money on concert tickets also. Because we really need to get these rooms built plus we have other things we could spend the money on. Like a new kitchen hutch that I'm wanting for the kitchen. I know I'm bad.
