PanthersGirl replied: He already looks like a little professional! Adorable!!

DansMom replied: Answering the mouse question: he can click, he definitely gets that part. Moving the arrow to the proper spot is something he still needs help with.

jcc64 replied: From what I remember of your dh, he's a spitting image- am I right? And when did the curls start-love, love, love curls on little dudes.
Corey loves the computer, but is clueless about the mouse. I know there are programs that function with any stroke of the keyboard, but dh doesn't want her banging away on the keyboard with her sticky little fingers just yet. He thinks the kids shouldn't use the computer until they "get" the mouse part. What programs do your computer tots use successfully?

kit_kats_mom replied: So far, Keyboard Elmo (sesamestreet.org) is the only one she can do by herself since it uses keyboard stokes. It took her awhile to understand she can only touch one letter at a time though.

DansMom replied: DH definitely has curls, and his coloring is similar (dark blonde, blue eyes). Daniel's head shape, including the ears, come straight from DH. Daniel's features are more like my dad's though---definitely can see his grampa in him.

We're just starting to explore some programs. The OS is very old on Daniel's machine (Windows 95), and I got on Freecycle some older games for this OS. So far he really likes the Blues Clues games for interesting music and visuals, but they are too difficult (more at the level of a reader). There is a game with barnyard animals that is more fun for him interactively. You click on the animal, then click on start and a song is played about that animal with some animation.

Sesame Street website has some good toddler games too.

My2Beauties replied: Oh my he is so darn cute, I love his facial expressions he looks so excited playing on his computer! I just want to squeeze him!

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I see Ethan with curls like that! wub.gif (that is...when he gets HAIR laugh.gif )

He is so cute on his computer! We have that Blues Clues game on ours! Maddie does pretty good with the computer..they have one at school, too. happy.gif
