Well he and his dad had a long talk on Sunday night, and his dad actually apologized for being a crappy father. Totally shocked DH to the point where he didn't know what to say and started to feel awkward. KWIM? He said it was hard to hear that from someone that had never expressed emotions or feelings to him in his whole life. But at least it was all said, and it's a step in the right direction. i hope.

The website is almost done. DH said this morning, he wants to have it done by next weekend, and he thinks that if he just put 7 eight hour days into it, he can get it done. THANK GOODNESS!!! I'm so sick of hearing about it. lol

EDT: To say, I'm so glad his Dad apoligized...that's huge for him to do that. I'm sure it'll help their relationship and can be on good terms again.

MyLuvBugs replied: Well, the interview seemed to go well. The only problem is they are going to be interviewing for the rest of this month, and choosing the final 3 next month, having face-to-face interviews the end of April begining of May, and want the person hired and starting on June 1st. What do we do in the meantime? DH said he'd go tomorrow morning to the School District and apply to be a Substitute Teacher. So, hopefully that will help a little, and I've got an appt to apply for WIC and Food stamps tomorrow. It just saddens me that we've come to that point. Not that it's bad programs, but that we can't support ourselves.

kayla's mama replied: Those programs are there to help in a time of financial need. Its not like you are abusing it, kwim. I really hope that he can get the subbin job and the Las Vegas job.
