DH *finally* felt the baby move...

I can actually SEE baby moving now. But I feel a little better knowing that he's felt some of the kicking. He's not able to come to any of my appointments, so I hope this makes up for it a little.

He loved looking at my belly but didn't like feeling her move. Now that she's here, I think a second baby would not feel so odd to him moving around in my belly.

Mine told me that I reminded him of Sigourney Weaver in Alien. He told me it was kinda gross to see it move under my skin....

My DH loved feeling the baby move. Towards the end of my PG, Ashley and TLCDad would play a game. He would tap on my belly and she would tap back. LOL Of course, they chose 2:00 AM to play this game.

A&A'smommy replied: LOL i remember the first time dh felt Alyssa move it was SOOO funny i laughed so hard i cried!!!! He jumped back and screamed and looked at my belly and pointed and said "SHE KICKED THE CRAP OUT OF ME" LOL LOL thats always a great moment!!!

DansMom replied: I remember DH and I watching those undulations---until the baby got too cramped to move around much, it was so fun to feel his kicks and watch my belly contort or poke out in weird places, feeling to see if we could figure out if that was an arm or a leg, so fun---better than television for sure!

jen replied: That is so great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually have just felt my baby kick today sitting here at work, I looked down and actually saw the vibration and poking!!!! I can't wait to go home and see if my DH can feel/see it! Who knows what he is going to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dolfinrse replied: Zack used to kick dh in the back at night! Dh also used to tap on my belly around midnight to wake him up, which of course he always did.

My DH felt the baby kick the other night for the first time, too. Then I let Maddie feel it yesterday. They both thought it was really neat. I had to put DH's hand there, too. I think they just don't know what to expect or feel for. DH would have never done that when I was pg with Maddie. DH doesn't go to my appts, either.
