Well the two meetings yesterday were more networking meetings. You know, where he contacted people in the industry, asked to meet them, but they aren't necessarily hiring. But they all really liked him and they will pass along his resume, contact him when they are ready.
But this morning he had a VERY promising interview. They want to meet with him again tomorrow, as long as the owner of the company has time. Or even Saturday, which to me is a good sign that they are willing to see him on a weekend! So we will see. Sounds like it may be 2-3 months out (start date) if he gets this one, which is fine with me....Gives us time to get our house on the market, buy a home out there (or rent) and settle in. Fingers crossed! 
He's at his last interview right now...So I haven't had a call from him yet. This one sounds promising too. I just wish we knew what they are willing to pay, benefits, etc. I need to know if I need to start looking myself.
I can't believe I could be living back in the same little town I grew up in....Aghhhhhhh, I'm excited and freaked at the same time.

So it sounds like you might be going pack to work too if you need? That will be a big change..is it one you're looking forward to or unsure of?
