My mom and I were at Kohls today and we decided to browse through the baby stuff. Well they had some of the most adorable baby clothes for 70% off! There were outfits that were regularly $22 and were marked down to like $7 dollars. My mom can't pass up a sale like that, so she bought me three outfits that could be for a boy or girl. Is it weird that we are buying baby clothes before I even know if I am pregnant. Of course, there is a chance that I could be pregnant now, but we won't know for another week and a half.

Okay, now I don't feel as silly for getting them so soon LOL. Yeah my mom is great, between my mom and my DH's mom, our baby will have everything that it needs. I have a feeling that there won't be much we will have to buy Both of our mom's will be first time grandmas so you can imagine how excited they will be.

ITA! Plus, buy clothes when they are on sale...I like to put nice clothes on my kids but I just have a TON of trouble paying like $40 for an outfit they will outgrow too soon, KWIM?

My MIL and step mom were the same way when I was pregnant with mine.
We didn't have to buy much for a while....and really still dont! My MIL is always buying him clothes, pjs and shoes!

garrettsmom replied: I did the same thing. Scott and I bought a whole bunch of clothes at Kohl's before we knew what we were having. It worked for a boy or a girl. It was so fun and exciting!!! We just couldn't wait, it's all so cute, and before I was pg we'd walk by this stuff and I'd get all teary eyed because I wanted a baby so much to play "dress up" with! lol Am I really this weird?? lol
