Cassie's first day of nursery

Well let me tell you that she surprised us all! She had no tears and was perfectly happy to go off and play with her cousin Kate. She kissed Jason and I goodbye and toddled off with Kate, then waved at us at the window when we went past Jason and I couldn't believe it!! But we were so produ of her. When we went to pick her up she told us she'd had a good time and wanetd to go again tomorrow Apparently her teacher said she asked for us once but then was ifne.

So it looks like nursery's going to go so much smoother than we had ever anticiipated!! She's such a big girl! :eub: xx

Just want to tell you, just in case it happens, that sometimes kids will do fine the first couple of days and then cry after that. I think sometimes it hits them that this is going to be a regular event and they decide they don't want to do it anymore. If it does happen, which I don't think it will since she has her cousin there, it will pass. I just didn't want you to get freaked out if it did and worry that something is happening to her. This is just my experience with watching kids.
