Can u believe this???
Mommy2BAK wrote: A girl that went to school with my husband just found out 2 weeks ago that she was 5 months pregnant, she had been working out religiously and just couldn't figure out why she wasn't losing any weight. I guess she's had problems with having cysts on her overies so she got worried since she hadn't had her period in quite some time so she scheduled an appt. with her gyno and come to find out she was pregnant... and that far along
Oh and here's the real kicker... she went back to the doc this week and found out that she is pregnant with TWIN BOYS
Now how in the world can you go that long without knowing you're pregnant... ESPECIALLY with it being twins?!?
Calimama replied: WOW!! I find out kinda late, but 5 months with twins!! Wow, that's really cool. I wonder what she's thinking!!
bawoodsmall replied: Oh my gosh. I cant imagine having twins, let alone twin boys. One boy at a time is enough for me to handle. I hope she is happy about it. Still in shock, but happy.
hoosier momma replied: I would think you would notice a lot more changes than just missing your period, especially with twins. I guess anything is possible though.
luvbug00 replied: geeze!
luvmykids replied: Wow. Guess she didn't have m/s
Danalana replied: I just can't believe this. I mean, what about girls so sore you can't stand to touch them? What about all the other stretching uterus pains? Well, I guess if she has had cysts, she would be acquainted with pain. Geez, I just can't believe it.
Kaitlin'smom replied: wow like me she is gonna have a short PG. Wow twins though, better get plannig. So she was not having her AF? I had mine for the first few months it was not till I missed aug, and tested in sept to find our not only was I pg but 22-24 weeks along (different opinions) talk about a shock. I had NO symtoms at all.
2BMom replied: Wow! I hope the babies will both be ok!
Mommy2Isabella replied: WOW!!
That would be great, NO SYMPTOMS. lol being PG with twins myself, I am MAJOR showing at this point ...
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I can sorta see how it's possible. I didn't get sore boobs or m/s with either of my PGs. And I don't really start gaining weight until far into it. Twins though! Wow! Glad she is now getting the care she needs. I'm sure the babies will be fine.
Danalana replied: Man, I'd be a wreck, wondering if I had consumed enough folic acid, etc.... I hope everything is ok with her babies!

My3LilMonkeys replied: A friend of my parents was nearly 6 months pregnant before she found out (not twins though). She was a teeny tiny woman too, and even at like 8 months she barely had a bump. I always wondered where the baby was hiding!
A&A'smommy replied: lol well I have a friend that was 4 months pregnant before she found out, she was irregular so she sometimes went that long without a period without being pregnant. She took 3 or 4 pregnancy tests and only one of the was positive and she barely had any noticeable symptoms although I knew she wasn't acting like herself
but wow she doesn't have much time to prepare for twins!!!
PrairieMom replied: We see that quite a bit at my hospital. One lady came into our ER with abd. cramping, and delivered a 25 week gestation baby in our ER bathroom. It FREAKED everyone out. I am so glad I wasn't working that night. It was her 2nd kid, the first was like 12 or something. Both baby and mom were fine.
Calimama replied: Wow.
Mommy2BAK replied: The had broken up with her out of town boyfriend a few months ago and really had no reason to believe she could've been pregnant. But I just saw her the week she found out and she wasn't really showing at all.
HuskerMom replied: Wow! At 5 months wouldn't you think she'd be feeling the babies move at all?
Mommy2BAK replied: Thats what I was wondering
Sam & Abby's Mom replied: Dang !
There was an article in one of the parenting magazines a year or so ago. This woman actually went the entire pregnancy without knowing she was pregnant. Still had no idea WHILE she was in labor. I think she said she had a tilted uterus,,,,,,,,,,,,,,which is why she says she didnt feel the baby move -- EVER.
Blows my mind.
ZandersMama replied: Thats not too suprising, with Zav I was barely showing, and wasn't really feeling him move yet alot, could be mistaken for gas bubbles The only real signs I had of being pregnant was huge bb's
