Can anyone tell me - what this may mean?

mysweetpeasWil&Wes wrote: I hope this doesn't offend anyone, but I need help understanding something...I was just at the park with Wil and a woman had a shirt on that read "Terrorism breeds Liberalism"...now call me ignorant, but I thought about what this may mean the whole walk home and I STILL don't quite understand what it means. Any ideas? Please no debates, just give me your best interpretation, because I'm clueless. dunno.gif It's not making sense to me...

luvbug00 replied: umm I have no Idea...I tried to think about this too...

Nina J replied: Maybe it means terrorism makes people liberal, where we arn't limited to things by tradition and we arn't bigotry and intolerant of people. Does that even make sense? I think it means exactly what it says, Terrorism breeds Liberalism.

redchief replied: Right wing nutbags... If you really care to read the twisted motivation behind the t-shirts, their story is here.

C&K*s Mommie replied: There is no doubt on which side of the political aisle she is on. I did a little Googling, and found the following excerpt from Liberalism Breeds Terrorism.com. Come to find out it is more of a statement less having to do with politics but with Christianity itself, which in some regards they can go hand in hand depending on your views. IMO.

Here is an excerpt:

Apparently, it was a two sided shirt. The back began with the Terrorism..... and the front began with Liberalism.... Anyhow, there is more to it on the website, but that is the jist of it in short.

luvmykids replied: Ok, I consider myself generally conservative when it comes to politics, but people this extreme embarrass me.

(I mean the people from the web site)

Nina J replied: What crazy people on that website. I agree with Monica, they embarrass me.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Well thanks Ed for finding that horrific website and clearing that up for me. I too am fairly conservative, but would never agree to ANYTHING that website said. What a total shame! Although I didn't know what the shirt meant, I had a feeling it was something along those lines. So sad.

Can anyone guess what city I live in (sarcasm)?? How embarassing... sad.gif

MyLuvBugs replied:
ITA! thumb.gif

I LOVE what Ed say though. lol rolling_smile.gif

Crystalina replied: banghead.gif Some people.

puke.gif on that shirt.

CAMSMOM1 replied: HORRIBLE!!!!! Some people!!!! growl.gif

I am conservative, Republician. And I'm pro-life. But I would never take the stance they are, as far as they did, or bash other individuals like that, especially on a t-shirt. dry.gif

My question is this: Are these people calling themselves Christians?????? If so, what ever happened to love your neighbor as yourself? The golden rule? And if they are claiming to be Christian, they are giving us a bad name!!! They are the ignorant ones!!! IMO> (I better stop now, before I get P.O.!) emlaugh.gif

holley79 replied: I think I am just goign to skip reading the websites. Good grief.

MommyToAshley replied:
ITA! In fact, I think they embarrass the Republican party.

CAMSMOM1 replied: .

dito.gif I agree. All the shirts are trying to do is cause anger, hate and divide between the two parties. We have enough going on in our world right now, why fuel the hatred???

luvmykids replied:
They make me not want to call myself any of the things they claim they are.
