Can I just say

Boys r us wrote: that I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVE having my old body back!!!!! This morning, I stepped on the scales and saw my magic number!! I have reached my weight loss goal!!!
It's kind of disturbing how having an extra 35 pounds or so can mess with your whole mind set. I feel SOO much better about everything after having taken charge and doing it! It was so easy to lose it after having Tanner, but I was only 20 then. After I had Braedon..I could just never find the determination to stick with getting the baby weight off...then one day a few months ago..I said..ENOUGH, I'm done having babies, I'm still young, I want to look good and be healthy! So I started running again(which I used to have a passion for before I got pg with Brae) and eating right!

Anyways..just thought I would share b/c I'm super proud of myself!

luvbug00 replied: you look hawt in that profile pic! good for you! thumb.gif

My2Beauties replied: Good for you Nichole!!! You look fantastic!

Danalana replied: That is awesome! You SHOULD be proud of yourself. You look beautiful smile.gif You did before, too, but I know what you mean.

coasterqueen replied: Great job, you look FABULOUS!!!!! thumb.gif

Now, just make sure you stick with it. tongue.gif That was always my problem. I had the determination many times to lose weight, lost it, but got comfortable after so long and ended right back with the 35 - 40 pounds again,. rolleyes.gif Now I'm back to trying to lose it again and forever if I can. happy.gif

PrairieMom replied: yeah you!!

A&A'smommy replied: NICHOLE!!!! That's awesome.. I felt the same way I was tired of the way I felt.. I wouldn't even undress in front of my husband!!! YAY for you I know your feeling great!! thumb.gif

BTW i'm SO glad you came back to PC you hav e been missed!!!

youngmomofone replied: Yeah!!!!! Both you ladies are my inspiration to get it done!

CantWait replied: You should be proud of yourself, WTG thumb.gif thumb.gif You look fantastic.

Mommy2Isabella replied: thumb.gif WTG!! I need to do some toning! But I understand your feelings totally.

MommyToAshley replied: I noticed your picture in your siggy in another thread. You look HOT! You really do look awesome and should be proud of yourself!!

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Nichole you are a beautiful, HOTTTT mama!!!!

I'm so proud of you for losing the extra weight! It's not easy, but it feels soooo great once it's off. And the journey of getting there is actually fun! I love love love running! I'm starting again in.the.morning~! laugh.gif I also saw that you do kickboxing and that's my second love. smile.gif

It's good to be happy with where you are. I was just telling one of my friends that I don't know that I will ever be content with where I am (and I'm in a size 4.) I see all the imperfections. dry.gif

Danalana replied: Wow....size 4. Really? 4? I'm not certain, but I think I was born wearing bigger than 4.

Sam & Abby's Mom replied: you look awesome, mama!

My3LilMonkeys replied: thumb.gif That is AWESOME and you look FABULOUS!!! Congrats!

kimberley replied: thumb.gif wow, Nichole, you are one hot mama!

Boys r us replied: Amy, I just bought a pair of jeans on friday that were a size 4 from American Eagle. I think I'm really more of a size 6 and these just ran a little large. But..anyways..I still look in the mirror and see a size 12..I kept feeling so "ehh" on friday night and I kept telling myself, "Nichole..you're wearing a size 4 right now...how bad could it be" so I totally get what you're saying..

coasterqueen replied:
I think that's normal to feel that way. When I was skinny I saw myself still as this fat person and my husband actually said I looked so sickly skinny he hated it. Many of my friends said that, they said I didn't look well at all, which was weird because I didn't see myself as skinny or too skinny at all, I saw myself as fat. blush.gif Must be something in our minds that just can't let it go.

jem0622 replied: Congrats! I am 5 lbs from my goal. It has taken me 16 months to lose 45 lbs. Aside from my bum knee, I'll keep up with my races and that will keep me running and keeping the pounds off. But every day I have to journal my food and make good choices always.

my2monkeyboys replied: Way to go!!! I have only lost 6 pounds of the 25-30 I want to lose... still way too big for my taste!
But it's great to see someone that has actually done it -- gives me hope. laugh.gif
Awesome job! thumb.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
I don't necessarily see myself as "fat"--but I have obsessions. tongue.gif

I have a straight (boy) figure. I don't really carry my weight in one particular area--like some women are pear shaped, etc. When I lose weight, I lose first in my chest (UGH!!) and then my hips. There are times when I'm bloated that I will look like I'm entering my second trimester. Other times, my stomach is totally flat. Eating right helps with this, but I still obsess over my stomach. In my mind I think if I lose more weight that will go away. In reality, I just need to lay off sugar.

Ridiculous, huh? rolleyes.gif blush.gif

moped replied: Good for you!!!! I am on the same train right now, although not doing as well as you are. It came off so easy after the kids and now it is creeping back on being in an office all day etc.

CONGRATS to you!

Calimama replied: I agree, you look hot! good job!

A&A'smommy replied:
I feel the same way I can look in the mirror a million times and never SEE the size 4 rolleyes.gif

my2monkeyboys replied: I'd be thrilled to be in a size 8. I'm between a 10-12 now, depending on how the pants/shirt is cut. 10's are snug, 12's are loose.
I would love to be a comfortable 8... maybe a 6.
laugh.gif

Danalana replied: I'd like to be a comfortable (OR uncomfortable!) 4. laugh.gif When I look at myself, I just have to laugh at that.
