Kirstenmumof3 replied: Awww Thanks everyone! It's our 9th wedding anniversary today! We are going out to a fancy resturant without the kids (YEAH)! I'm really looking forward to this night out! Then we will probably do a little Christmas Shopping!

HAPPY 9TH ANNIVERSARY!

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Well we had a wonderful night! We started with a mini appetizer platter (deep fried mushrooms, chicken fingers, potato skins, garlic bread, carrots, celery, mozza sticks and chicken wings), there was just enough for us to try one of each item. We had a few drinks , then soup (beef barely) and for the main course I tried Chicken Oscar, oh it was so yummy! It was 2 chicken breasts sprinkled with crab meat, topped with asparagus and hollandaise sauce, mashed potatoes and skewered veggies! YUMMY! DH had the Stuffed Chicken. It was 2 chicken breasts stuffed with bacon, tomatoes and cheese, french fries (you can dress DH up, but you can't take him out) and skewered veggies! Then we had to pick up a few groceries, at the grocery store there was this little bakery and they had a Blueberry Cheesecake marked down from $14.99 to $3.99! Unfortunately we were both to full to have dessert, so we are saving the cheesecake to have with the kids tonight, that's if I don't eat the whole thing today!
