Back from our vacation

The beaches were great and we went to Atlantis which was ok - we got lost in that place. It's HUGE and there was no one around to tell us where we were supposed to go I'll post some pics when I get them off of the camera.

Sounds like a great trip, sorry you didn't get a chance to relax though. I laughed to myself reading about Sophia, I can just picture her with her little purse, swinging her hips! What a ham! Glad she had such a great time!

I'm sorry the cruise wasn't too relaxing, but you undoubtedly had a blast (as did Sophia and DH) AND it was a getaway...that is so nice sometimes.

The pictures of Sophia are toooooo cute! Miss Priss!

After having kids I know what they mean by "needing a holiday after just having one" LOL...sorry you didn't get much rest but I'm sure Sophia had a blast!

I felt the same way after our vacation last month.....Jason had a blast and DH wasn't working, so thats all that mattered to me

How did Sophia do with the sleeping, eating, napping, all of your worries?

Well, since we booked the cruise somewhat late, we ended up with late seating (8:30! ) and couldn't get it changed. We just ate at the buffet every night, which was fine. They also served pizza out by the pool from noon to five, so Sophia would eat probably 5 pieces a day! She's in for a rude awakening now that we're home and she can't get what she wants the second she wants it... tonight she said she wants "bacon and sausage (for breakfast)... you hear me guys??"

We (Sophia and I) were in bed by 8:30 every night and DH would gamble, relax, etc. He did most of the running when Sophia would take off, so he deserved it We also took about a 2 hour nap each day during which DH could have some alone time. Bathing went ok because they had one of those hand-held shower sprayers. No bath and the bathroom was teeny tiny and a bit awkward, but we managed.

If you decide to cruise again, I would reccommend going with NCL because they have Freestyle dining and we ate dinner whenever we wanted. That was really great! Jason would never have eated dinner at 8:30 either. Glad the buffet worked out for you.
