Back from my OB appointment

Our doc said..."awesome heartbeat...this one is going to be STRONG"....Dh looked at her and said "we already have a "strong" child...we were hoping for a passive one".  She didn't tell me how many bpm's but that heart was tickin' away. 
Our next appointment is November 4th which is when we'll get to find out if this baby is a girl or a boy I'll be 17 weeks so I'm HOPING the baby cooperates with us. We'd LOVE to tell all of our family at thanksgiving what the sex is. If not then we'll get another try at our 21 week one but that won't be til December. 
She said no actual bedrest but my restrictions still stand at least until the next appointment.
