Are you only having 3 kids? Maybe if you plan to have 4 you could go ahead & use a different name and give the 4th baby a different name too...or switch it around and go with first name M, middle name I for 2 kids...

I have always lived the name Isanna. It was in a book I read called Johnny Tremain.

One of our girl names so far is Isla (pronounced Eye-la). DH isn't sold on it, but I think its really pretty.

A friend of mine from Brussels that I've lost touch with was named Isla and that same actress reminded me of the name, so that's where I got the idea! I think it sounds really pretty out loud! Bruce thinks it sounds too much like Aliyah

I loved Ian Samuel One of the biggest reasons I fought not to spell Carter with a K is because of the name problem yall find yourselves in now. I don't want any pattern at all to have to follow! I like some of the suggestions so far. I hope you find one. Like Mandy said, "I" names are hard. Actually, my husband's first name is Ira and I do like that.

Yeah patterns are tough. Especially with I! I can't think of any except Ivan and that's a little old.
Danalana replied: Oooooh, I'm with whoever suggested breaking out of the pattern if you are going to have 4. Maybe have them start with the same first and middle initials? Pick an easier letter than "I"!!  Just imagine having to do this again if you have 4  And what if they are both boys???? You don't want the kids figuing out that you were just reaching for names to fit the pattern. Break it, girl...break it!
