Baby Jordan Birth Story

He doesn't deserve it Anyways, I had to go through the whole registration thing; sign a few papers. Then they brought me to a Labor and Delivery room. Around 7:00am my nurse came in and checked me out, started my IV, and asked me some questions to put on the hospital computer Then, my doctor came in and gave the nurse permission to start the pitossin (sp?). When the nurse placed the contraction measuring machine belt thing on me, she told me that I was already contracting (after about 20 minutes) I was in labor for 5 hours! I only pushed for 15 minutes before Jordan came into the world Esther and my best friend stayed in the Labor and delivery room with me. I warned Esther about the whole baby coming out of the "you know where" she said she would be able to handle it, and she did. She watched EVERYTHING! As soon as the baby came out she bursted oud in tears. She was crying on Wendy's shoulder; when she lifted her head up...Wendy's shirt was drenched Then I started crying. It was a beautiful moment My doctor asked Esther if she wanted to cut the cord and she said yes. She was so excited to do it. Esther told me that she'll never forget the day when her baby brother Jordan Sameul was born. She still had time and was able to take 98 pictures! (while crying).
