Are you a girlie girl Princess type - or a boyish girl
moped wrote: Just curious! I don't think I would say I am a princess (Tammy would say different) but I am a girlie girl for sure!
I love clothes, shoes, cosmetics etc........
You??
lovemy2 replied: I would say a little of both - I enjoy nice clothes and like to look nice but am more of the comfy nice kind of thing? KWIM? As for cosmetics, etc. I am not that good at that stuff - I forget to get my haircut regularly - although I do manage to keep it nice and makeup - well it passes....
luvbug00 replied: I try to be girly but the fact is I am rather chill and not carring about how i look unless there is a supreme special occasion.
redplaydoh replied: Neither... I don't like dressing up, cosmetics etc but I don't think that makes me boyish either. So inbetween maybe?
Calimama replied: So I was going to put a mix of both but DH screamed PRINCESS when I asked. I'm a huge girlie girl and I get what I want about 95% of the time. In my defense he did say I'm not bratty about it.
luvmykids replied: I'm both....enough of a girlie girl that my nails are painted while I shovel manure
I love shoes, clothes, makeup, etc but I love to do stuff that is boyish too....I love wearing cute clothes/shoes but I'm also totally happy in jeans and boots.
MotherForever2043 replied: I am such a girlie girl I don't get tips (nails) that often because it's kind of hard to put on and take off gloves with long nails. The joys of being a nurse love to wear makeup(not too much) and dress up when I can.
Twelve Volt Man replied: Hmm... neither of the two options you give really describe me. But, I'd have to go with a boyish girl.
PrairieMom replied: Thats me too.
tammyhopkins replied: that is so funny right before the (Tammy would say different) i was thinking she is sooo a princess.
punkeemunkee'smom replied: I am with Monica...I can get the job done but I am pretty girlie girl while I do it! I just got some new Philosophy in the mail today and I already opened it all and smelled it I am a total bath and body works kinda girl and I love to smell good and LOVE makeup and anything girlie. I LOVE jewelry and cute flip flops, bling and I am total purse wh***! I would say I am not spoiled about it but that would just make me a girlie liar!
A&A'smommy replied: definitely girly girl, but not so much of a princess.. use to be though!
msoulz replied: Me too. I consider myself a lazy girl as I don't do makeup (I'd rather sleep in) nor do much with my hair (I'd rather sleep in) and I really don't care about clothes as long as they fit. But I do clean up well when necessary.
MoonMama replied: I'll admit I'm a Princess girlie girl.
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Okay, I am the only boyish girl, I suppose. Or at least the only one to admit it. I clean up nice, but I would much rather wear no makeup. I'm very laid back and almost never paint my nails. Yes, I did have a spa day, but that was about the first time ever. I love dying my hair, but mostly that's just for something different. I hate to dress up, I almost never wear pantyhose and the last time I wore my hair special was for my wedding.
Mommy2BAK replied: I don't really think I'm either, I probably USED to be a princess, but after having kids that didn't work anymore.
Brias3 replied: Girlie girl.
HuskerMom replied:
I guess it depends on my mood. Usually I'm all for t-shirts and jeans but once in a while I like to dress up. I told my hubby though once I get a job I'm going to start getting my nails done, I miss that.
gr33n3y3z replied: I'm like Kelly
I hate make up I cant stand dresses I will dress up if I have to
I can act like a lady when I have to
indywndy_04 replied: 100% boyish Girl!!!! I played with matchbox cars growing up, I HATE shopping!!!! I could wear the same pair of shoes everyday if I needed to...well, as long as they match...dont want to look like a tool. I hate having to put on makeup. Can you believe I used to be a model?? I sound like the total opposite of a model...LOL
Boo&BugsMom replied: I am very much a girlie girl. I wont even go to the grocery store without makeup on. Not a full face, but at least eyeliner and lip stuff. I don't go out of my way to look nice when I am with the daycare kids since I am stuck in my house anyways (who do I have to impress?), but outside of that, I am always primped. I love shopping, clothes, makeup, etc.
lisar replied: I am both. My tomboyish side comes out alot but hey I look good while I am doing it. All of my riding gear is all top of the line cause thats whats in style. So I have to say I am a mixture.
flirtycuddle replied: Till i had my kids i was the girlie girl type, had to have my hair done, makeup on and match everything. After I had my kids I havent beeen clothes shopping in 2 yrs at least and just didnt care any more(un less i had to get dressed up). Now that I am working I am such a princess. I am going shoping al the time, geting my nails done and going to get my hair done this week lol
Mommy2Isabella replied: I will admit it as well ...
As if you guys couldn't tell, I am def. the Princess girlie girl. LOL, love to wear dresses and skirts The works!
Danalana replied: I'm a tomboy. When I was little, the football coach asked me to try out because he had seen me throw the ball (my mother wouldn't let me). I hated dolls because they didn't "do" anything. I rarely wear any kind of makeup and, when I do, it's just mascara...and sometimes eyeliner. I rarely dress up jsut for the sake of dressing up, though I do like cute clothes. I like some girly stuff, and I relate to girls better....just not the typical girly girl.
Danalana replied: I have to add that I make the ideal wife. A lot of wives hate football and the superbowl...heck, I count down to the superbowl as much as my husband. Go Colts!!!
DillsMommy replied: I wouldn't say I'm a "princess" but definitly a girly girl. I love shopping, clothes, shoes. I love tanning, getting my hair done, dressing up. I rarely go anywhere without make up ( i don't wear a ton though) and if I do I feel naked. I just love being a girl.
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Thanks, Lisa. We've gotta stick together.
kit_kats_mom replied: I am a low maintenence princess. I like to look nice but I am quite lazy so I don't most of the time. I hate shopping & shoes, rarely get my hair done etc.
my2monkeyboys replied: I grew up in the country on a farm, climbing trees, playing in mud puddles. I do wear a little makeup when we go out, but never when I'm just around here. I wear denim something every day, be it shorts, jeans, capris. I'm all about comfort unless we're going out somewhere nice. I rarely get my hair cut, although I always hate it and want "something done to it." I guess I'm more of a tom-boy.
coasterqueen replied: I'm kind of in between, I guess. I'm cheap - don't like to spend a lot of money on clothes, etc - but will sometimes. I do like to get my hair done every 6 weeks and I really like having a pedicure/manicure, but I can't afford to do it often. I don't mind what I look like at home, don't put on make-up at home, etc - and if I'm just going to the store or something like that I don't care how I look. I mainly care how I look when I go to work.
Because of the dress styles this year (they flatter my frame rather than make it look terrible for once ) I am LOVING wearing dresses. I'm also loving heels these days. I NEVER liked wearing heels before.
Make-up - don't like to wear - try to wear as little as possible as I like the natural beauty look (even though I don't have it ).
jcc64 replied: I'm a dyed in the wool tomboy. Grew up around boys, lived with them at college, played sports- and don't often have the patience for stereotypical "female" behavior. I hate shoes, don't buy alot of clothes, and Corey owns more makeup than I do. It works for dh b/c he too is a jock, hates makeup on girls, and prefers a low maintenence lifestyle. I can cleanup if necessary, but most of the time, it isn't.
ihave4kids replied: Um,somewhere in between lol I don't do make-up,don't do the sales, etc. But I DO care what I look like before I leave the house. lol And once in awhile(like lately)I like to go clothes shopping
