April Fools Day

They have dyed two containers of milk, one Green and one red... well it turned pink actually. I can't wait until Grandma or Dad finds them.

amymom replied: The kids baked muffins and dyed them colors also. The blueberry muffins are green. They look moldy And the corn mufins are kind of grey with a pinkish tinge to them. Pretty gross looking. Dad and Grandma were both shocked by the milk!!! So that went over well. My dd rubber banded the sprayer on the kitchen sink and then asked Dad to help wash the dishes from the baking. After he got soaked he didn't help with the dishes. I can't say I blame him though.

Anyone else get surprised for April Fool's Day?

luvmykids replied: This one gets messy and is kinda gross but we put saran wrap tightly across the toilet bowl, when DH went it splattered him. Also did the cup of water on top of the door trick. He didn't like either one!

We discussed the toilet bowl one But..... when I told them they would be doing the cleaning they thought better. Yet I keep checking the toilet before I sit

EvesMom replied: My DH came home from work and said he accidentallly flushed the cell phone that I got him for X-mas down the toilet. Unforunately it wasn't an April Fools prank.

Funny was changed to Bunny
But to Butt
Spring was changed to Cement

It was all very amusing.

That's what we did. But, we changed all the usernames to the toddler names as well. There are only 12 of us so it wasn't hard. They were FREAKING OUT. They thought someone hacked into our board (it's a private forum and they are such private people) It was hilarious!! I couldn't say earlier b/c some of them check over here sometimes

Nina J replied: I called DH at his friend's house and told him I was in labor. Then I hung up, I thought he'd know it was a joke. He came home and I was sitting watching tv. He's all grumpy now lol. I bet when I really go into labor he'll be somewhere and I'll ring him and he won't come home because he'll think I'm joking
