Appt with Lawyer today

So here is what I have decided. I am going for an increase. F-him. Also in my Child support papers it states that he is supposed to pay me 73% of ALL copays to Dr's, Dentist etc.... Well he has never paid me those. So I have got a list from the insurance company on EVERYTHING I have paid in the last 4 years. HAHA lets see how he likes that. Were talking alot of money. Lexi has to go to an ENT every 6 months, plus she is on her 5th set of ear tubes, her adnoids removed and regular dr visits and check-ups. I am going after that also. Lets see how he likes this crap.
You have to remember he has never even seen Lexi. He doesnt want to have anything to do with her. I also just found out that he has another kid with his new wife which means lexi has a brother, or sister out there.

Am I wrong????His financial paper work says that he has $9,000.00 in bills every month. Is he stupid. that kind of bills here where we are is like being a millionare. So I am gona try and bust him on lying on the paper work also. If they would just put handcuffs on him and take him away that would make my day. But today is only the appt with a lawyer.

I am just so pissed about this crap. Can ya tell?

lovemy2 replied: How could he be trying to lower the Child Support if he isn't even paying? Here in NY if you don't pay you can go to jail....taking you to Court is like holding up a red flag saying - Here I am the one who doesn't pay............

I know right. I am so hoping thats what happens. You can go to jail here for it to but our system is SOOOOO BAD here on this. They threaten to suspend his Driver license about every 5 months and he will pay $500.00 and get out of that.

Last time I checked he was behind $28,000.00.

They do garnish his wages "when he has a job". When we were together he made LOTS of money and lived very nicely. So I am not sure what has happened since.

bawoodsmall replied: Sounds like a loser. Good luck with getting what you deserve. My mil had this prob with her exhusband.(Dh's dad) She had two children and he never paid anything for them. A good year was around $35.00. He also would never hold a job. She never saw the money and dh is 28 and his brother is 21. I hope you get all you deserve and much much more!!!

holley79 replied: Got to love the State of FL. I'm suprised he hasn't hightailed it to TX where they won't touch them there. My brother and sister's sperm donor owe my mom 86,395. My brother and sister are both over 18 now but every now and again she gets a trickle check when the Dept of Rev from FL catches up with him in TX.
