1lilpeanut2love wrote: Urrgggghhh!!!! This is SO sad. I don't know if the Dad is lying or not. Geez. And the poor little girl. I feel SO darn bad for her. Her name is Kaylee. Oh my! I really hope he didn't do those nasty things to her. I just feel weird and sad about the whole situation! sad.gif bawling.gif bawling.gif

1lilpeanut2love replied: I'm almost in tears watching this. bawling.gif bawling.gif It's just sad all the way around! I don't know what to believe. growl.gif mad.gif

my2monkeyboys replied: Did he pass the lie detector test???

1lilpeanut2love replied: NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said he didn't know why he didn't pass. He said he NEVER molested his DD. I dunno! There is a follow up show tomorrow! bawling.gif sad.gif

3xsthefun replied: I watched it Friday, but missed the show today. I was wondering if he would pass the lie detector or not. I'll have to try and catch the show tomorrow.

I feel so bad for the little girl. sleep.gif

1lilpeanut2love replied:
I know me too. She is the one in the middle of this whole sick tirade. Urrrgghh! growl.gif

mom2my2cuties replied: Gosh - this is happening all to often to our babies and to babies around the world. It angers me to the core that someone could hurt a child.

1lilpeanut2love replied:
I know what you mean because it probably especially hard for you because of your son. I hope he comes home safe soon! hug.gif

Too many people are doing such grotesque things to children that it just sickens me. mad.gif bawling.gif bawling.gif

Tiggersmom2 replied: I think the father was a reprehensible piece of crappola if he did molest that precious child!!! growl.gif

The whole show just disturbed me and I kind of wish that Dr. Phil had not aired it. I just felt that it was something that didn't need to "aired" to the public. This little girl and her mother are going to have a long, hard road ahead of them without being recognized and everyone knowing what happened. sad.gif

Heather77 replied: I'm watching right now.
The whole scene where it takes him 5 minutes to say yes or no about whether he put his tongue in his dd's mouth cries out PERVERT to me!! sad.gif

sparkys2boys replied: Ughhhhh, just finished watching the show. That poor little girl, she looked so sad and scared in the clips that they showed of her. Why would the mother even let her go with him if for me second that she thought he was doing that. I mean call the police or something.I't such a shame.

mom2my2cuties replied:
Because if she didn't the judge would find her in contempt of court (which is a criminal offense) and have her placed in jail. BTDT.

sparkys2boys replied: BUT.. she could of called the police..but instead she wrote to the Dr.Phil show?? I mean how long did it all take to get on the show? If it was me.. I would of not waited.

mom2my2cuties replied: Please don't take this rudely, most people on here know my situation and if you don't, you can find it a few pages back on the boards. But frankly speaking unless you have been in the situation, you have no idea how that system works. And as a mom - she has probably exhausted EVERY outlet to protect her daughter.

1 - you go to the police the FIRST thing they do is look at who has primary custody and then they determine if they think you are pulling something

2 - The courts don't care if you have evidence that it happened - if you interfere with custody and the violate the parenting plan on file - you are not only in contempt of court, but you are also facing Custodial Interference charges.

3 - It all comes down to a his word agianst hers thing usually and more than likely, judges tend to take the word of an adult because a child can be easily swayed to tell a lie. And MOST courts don't force a polygraph on the parents to find out.

punkeemunkee'smom replied: growl.gif Watched it on Friday and some today too and I think he is lying...I wish I didn't but I do growl.gif sad.gif growl.gif I find it so sickening that the people who do this crap know how disgusting it is...KWIM? They say I WOULD NEVER.... growl.gif like it is soooo horrible that they are being accused of it...too bad he didn't go ahead and 'put a gun to his own head' like he said he would if he really did hurt that poor baby..... mad.gif sad.gif It makes me want to puke!

my2monkeyboys replied: My DH doesn't watch shows like this, but somehow we both ended up watching it. dh said, "even if he didn't do anything, he's still a dumba$$." I couldn't agree more.
I hope he's telling the truth, but a feeling inside says he isn't. Poor little girl.

Heather77 replied: At the end of today's show, Dr. Phil said he took another lie detector test and PASSED. blink.gif

1lilpeanut2love replied:
I know I heard that too! dry.gif
I don't know what to believe. unsure.gif
Something is wrong with the whole thing. wacko.gif

The only one who is the most hurt is poor lil Kaylee!! sad.gif bawling.gif bawling.gif

A&A'smommy replied: I didn't watch it but my best friend did and when she called me she told me about it.. I dunno I think its weird and unless they have proof they can't really do anything about. I hope they he really didn't do anything!! sad.gif

My2Beauties replied: I was at home both days and watched, I love Dr Phil biggrin.gif Anyways, either way it goes the way the guy answered the questions didn't sit well with me. While I don't know for sure if he actually molested his daughter because he did pass another lie detector test, but he is weird nonetheless. My thing is this though.....I am playing devil's advocate here....if someone ever pinpointed you as a child molestor and accused you of touching your child and they made you go on National TV and take a lie detector test, I don't know about anyone else but my heart would be beating so fast and I would be so nervous (regardless of whether I did anything or not) that I don't know I'd pass either. This is what DH and I were talking about...that is an outright horrible accusation to put on someone if they aren't lying about it and have not touched the child....so how could he not be absolutely so freaking nervous?? I'm not saying he didn't do it neither, I don't know at this point because of the other test saying he passed...BUT...I'm just saying who could keep their cool in that situation??

1lilpeanut2love replied:
iagree.gif
WEll put girl! I dunno! It's ALL very strange to me!!! wacko.gif

skinkybaby replied: From my understanding they have control questions that determine how your body is initially responding and then they go from there. Most people are going to be nervous doing something like that so they need a baseline.

boyohboyohboy replied: this was a terrible show, and i felt so bad for that little girl. i sure hope someone follows this famiy and makes sure that child is ok.
at the beginning she , the mother, said she told cps and that they cleared the father, and dr phil said he didnt really believe her, i wonder if at the end he changed his mind? he never really said.
