lisar replied: I didnt use one but man I wanted one.
moped replied: well there doesn't seem to be much to it - I wonder if it really helps or not
Calimama replied: My sister swears by those... I've never used one personally though. It's worth a shot!

Kaitlin'smom replied: my sister ues one her last PG cause she was soooo low, she said it deffinalty helped
lovemy2 replied: I used one cause they thought I had a hernia - it did help support but I personally found it uncomfortable - but like I said it definately provided support.....
moped replied: Do you think it would help at al for the lower back pain?
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Do you think the store would let you open the package and try it on? Just to see whether it's comfortable on or not. That's what I would do.
I had really bad lower back pain with Wil, so my doc recommended those heating pads. I forget the brand, but you just shake it and it heats up for so long. You wear it in your clothes, almost like a large smoking patch. Once it cools off, you just throw it away. They helped when I was sitting at a desk all day.
lovemy2 replied: I think they are supposed to help with low back pain and like I said it did provide support - it just kind of holds everything up I would suggest as someone else mentioned going to the store and trying it on - either way though they really aren't that expensive - many $30.....
When are you done working? Can you get your OB to pull you out of work?
My2Beauties replied: My OB suggested one of these, but I never went and got it she took me off work down to part time so I just figured that would help alleviate some pain...yeah right So my point being...try whatever you can hon!
moped replied: Well to be honest I am done Nov 30 and I am sure i can make it - I mean it isn't easy on my back being at home either - and I am not one to "get out of work" for too many reasons....ya know.
I need to be here til then anyays because the girl I am supposed to train had her appendix (sp) out and won't be back til Nov 26 maybe....UGH
moped replied: I think it is tougher being home than at work for me!
I mean running up and down the stairs etc is not good
boyohboyohboy replied: you know i used one with caleb, because i worked the entire time till i had him, and it definetly did help. its kinda like the back support belts men wear.. i thought it as good, and you can adjust it daily as things change. they were not that expensive.. and you can wear it afterwards too, to help hold things in place, when moving isnt so easy....like a girdle.
moped replied: I think I will go see if I can track one down tonight - thanks guys!
