Anyone else a pony tail mom? - Man, do I need a change!
Daisymom2 wrote: I have NO time to hairspray and curl or straighten or whatever it is these days. I don't want it short and am constantly hairtie mode! Urgh!
Mom2Boyz replied: My hair is almost always in a ponytail. The only time it is down is if we go out, or I take a shower just before bed.
kayla's mama replied: When I had my long hair I was like that. I lived in my ponytail and hair clippy's. Now I have short hair, I actually have to do something with it
coasterqueen replied: Yep My excuse is I barely get time to do my hair in the morning because I have a baby and a 3 year old tugging at my heals. I'm usually doing my make-up and putting on my jewelry (if I don't forget it) in the car on the way to work. Sometimes I'm not fully dressed til I get to work.
luvmykids replied: I've gotten a little better about doing it but I'm a baseball cap kinda gal!
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Yep, almost everyday unless I'm going out for a nice dinner or a night with the girls. Sometimes it's half up, but I rarely style these days and it needs to STOP!!! But I have tremendously thick hair and it takes forever to do anything with, so a ponytail it is most days!
TeagansMom609 replied: Since I had Matthew I have been wearing my hair in a pony tail so it doesnt get in the way while nursing and because I have been wearing sporty/gym looking clothes and I just think my hair goes with the outfit better in a pony tail. Im going back to work soon so I will be wearing it down more.
PrairieMom replied: When my hair was long I wore i tup all the time. I cut it all off, and am growing it back out again, and am trying really hard to not pull it back so I can get used to it being down so it doesn't annoy me any more. I hope it works.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: I had my cousin cut my hair short enough not to pull back. (this is what I told him. ) It is growing out some, but really if it is long enough to wear in a ponytail I never do anything with it...EVER. I was tired of not fixing myself up. I really need a cut again. It's getting in my way.
MyBlueEyedBabies replied: I was until I cut it all off...of course now half the time I have pigtails because that's as close as I can get
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Not all the time, I have thick hair and if I wear a pony all day it gives me a headache. I sometimes pull it up at work just to get it off my microscope, but usually I just tuck it behind my ear and let it hang. I am NOT one to style my hair, I have used a blowdryer exactly 3 times in the past year. Easter, Christmas and the day I had my picture taken with Logan. See my siggy.
CosmetologyMommy replied: My hair is long enough for only a little ponytail, but I am not allowed to wear them to school, our hair has to be styled everyday
b&bsmom replied: I wear mine in one most everyday. My thing is I don't wear make up and I don't really know how to style my hair. I rarely use a blow dryer ( only if I am going out right after I wash it. One thing about my ponytail, when I wear it to bowl, if I put it up high it means I am feeling pretty confident about myself. Funny huh?
jacobsmama replied: I wear mine up most of the time too, although I got a new straightner at walmart for only 19 dollars and it is AWESOME...I have really thick natural curly hair which I hate and is long so use to take forever to straighten it now It takes like 15 mins!! and I love it that way but at work I wear up b/c gets caught in my stethoscope.
MamaJAM replied: I put my hair up in a braid or bun every day. I do wear a plain pony-tail some days...but my hair is so thick it looks wild when I do. I LOVE my long hair...and will NOT get it cut short though. I don't own any hairspray or gel....we own a hairdryer but it never gets used. Popping my hair into a braid is so easy and I feel pulled-together.
Daisymom2 replied: Guess i'm not alone!
cassnbran05 replied: I am always pulling mine up into a ponytail. Mine is just past my shoulders. I cant stand it this long, but my husband says that he hates my hair short. I want to cut it. Brandon loves to pull my hair. That is the main reason it stays in a ponytail. When my daughter Cassidy was a baby, she never pulled my hair. Brandon thinks its funny.
