Any of you going to be on our route this summer?

IF you are near our route maybe we can get together for lunch or something. We are keeping our drive time to under 5 hours per day so that no-one goes insane.

kit_kats_mom replied: Alabama is acutally the shortest route but we have family in some of the other places so that's why we are going that way.

So far I've actually met JDKJD and AmyNicole. I'm hoping to be able to meet others if possible. MommyToJade will be coming through my area early next year and I know Karen lives near DH's parents so maybe we can get together one day...please Karen? Please give me an excuse to get out of the in-laws house in the middle of a corn field with nothing around for miles and miles and miles before I go insane...please?

We are stopping at the Childrens Museum in Indy on the way to Cincinatti. We will actually be staying with friends that night just over the border in KY (Walton?). So we will be on I 74 then I 75 S. It would be Wednesday the second week in August. Maybe not the best time? Let me know & we will try to get together

My2Beauties replied: I'm in Ky so I am only about 2 hours from Cincy, I don't know where Walton, Ky is, is it just south of Cincy? I'm also about 1 1/2 hours from Bloomington, I have a friend that lived there for years, used to visit all the time, she went to IU! I am also about 2 1/2 hours from Nashville, you'll be all around me, won't you have to ride through Louisville, Ky to get from Nashville to Cincy or to Bloomington, that is a straight shot up 65 North so I know you'll have to come through here!

We usually do go through Louisville but this time we are taking a different route. Walton is just south of Cincy. I'll double check but I think we will be taking a different route. Driving through KY is so pretty. :-)

AshleyRose replied: we are actually going to tampa july 1-17 for vacation as a bunch of our family lives in brandon. we are taking paris with us as well. would love to meet you and your family! lauren and paris aren't far apart in age either!!

will u be around during those dates?

also are you aware of charlies steakhouse? if so, do you like it? brad loves that place and cannot wait to go

I'd love to meet up while you guys are here. Have you been to the zoo? It's actually a pretty nice one. We are leaving for my family reunion on the 7th but we will be here until then. We are about 30 minutes Norht of Brandon but right off the interstate. I'll pm you my phone number and if you guys have a break in the action give me a call.

I'm about two hours from Bloomington. If you travel I-55 from St. L you'll go right past Springfield on your way to Bloomington.

I'd LOVE to get together. I know we tried to one other time but it didn't work out. The only worry for me is Megan screams bloody murder in the car .

When are you coming thru? Maybe by then she'll be better. I've canceled all my trips down south to see some of my friends because she screams til she pukes and chokes.
