We've lined up an all night sitter and we're going to dinner at a swanky restaurant with some friends downtown called Billy's Ritz at 9pm, then when we're going to Midnight on the Market which is also downtown and it's basically this huge party outside with several bands and a BEER GARDEN LOL..and lots of other fun festivities!
gr33n3y3z replied: I will be working at the restaurant until not sure of that yet But when i get home I'm sure I will be beat so it maybe bed for me. It just all depends what time I get out of work. But hubby will be partying I'm sure of that since he worked Christmas Eve night and Christmas Night
Kaitlin'smom replied: working till 6p then it home. with a 2 yr old I just dont want to go out, my sister wanted us to come to her house, but since Kaitlin refuses to sleep there right now no way wil I try and suffer through a restless night. So we are staying home together and might see if a few friends want to come over.
My2Beauties replied: We got a babysitter and we're going with Brian's family to a VFW post that his dad and uncle belong to, they have a band and a dinner there, we've already paid for our tickets, I plan on getting pretty toasted....hee hee!
kit_kats_mom replied: It's our anniversary and if we don't have a baby by then, we will probably go out for a nice dinner then home.
favre4fan replied: Spending it with the inlaws.
A&A'smommy replied: well sort of my parents sunday school class (crazy bunch of people and most of them have small children and arent as old as my parents) is having a party somewhere and all their children are going to be there so that should be interesting. I'm SOOO jealous of my BIL he is going to be in time scare UGH I wanna go SOOO bad
MomToMany replied: Nope, nothing. I doubt we will stay up til midnight anyway. Oh well, I hope the rest of you have a great time.
coasterqueen replied: We did Time Square for the millenium...that was awesome!
We don't know anyone that will watch Kylie on New Years but I actually like spending it with her anyways.
Anyways, we have a tradition every year that DH's extended family get to-gether for a big feast then after the feast we (meaning all us younger group of family and some friends) come over to our house to play games. I'm not sure if we are doing that at our house or not, though, we'll see. That part is always last minute anyways. We then wake Kylie up at midnight to celebrate the new year (actually she usually wakes up around then anyways, hee hee). Then we let her stay up for a few and then she usually goes back to sleep.
That's what will be our night .
TANNER'S MOM replied: We are having friends over to our house. My dad is watching the youngest kids, the older one have plans of there own.
We are going to do a little dancing and card playing. But the rule is no one leaves. We did it last year and we had a ball, it was hard to crawl out of bed and over people when dad brought the kids home. But it was funny and I felt like a teenager..I couldn't wait for my dad to leave! lol
ediep replied: I think we are going to stay in, order in a nice dinner and have champagne
loveydad replied: No but this reminds me of a funny thing that happened. My family was all together yesterday and they were joking around that they'd have to leave all the toys there because they had no room in the car, and one of my relatives says "well maybe we should just take the toys home and leave the kids here!" and my other relative said "We'd have a hell of a new years party with all these toys!" LoL.
I'll probably just stay home with the ids...Wow I cna't even imagine actually going OUT and getting drunk or SOMETHING on News Years Eve. Maybe Sawyer will go with me- except he's a bad influence. He always gets me drnk and that convinces me that I did something HORRIBLE. Once he convinced me that I'd left my kid's in Puerto Rico and was now on the run from the law.... Remind me to strangle him.
5littleladies replied: We usually just stay home and hang out with whoever shows up at our house. We let the kids stay up until midnight (if they can stay awake ) and they think that is awesome.
Josie83 replied: Well . . . we're going to be in Switzerland! Don't know what we'll be doing but who cares! xx
My2Beauties replied: I'm jealous...can I go?
Kila replied: No plans for me with a 2 month old. I don't really get into New Years. Last year we stayed in and I wasn't even pregnant. Really party animals, huh?
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Nichole that sounds wonderful!!
We will probably stay in that night and have a toast at midnight. I'm sure Maddie will be up and I will kiss all three of my lovies at midnight! The next day we are going to my parent's house for Christmas.
Josie83 replied: Definitely! you cna share a room with Cassie - she's a very god roommate, very tidy and she has the most beautiful smile you will ever see xx
