I used to live in Pettawawa - and my dad still lives in Pembroke!! ha!!

Lexismama replied: How awesome is that??!!!?? I used to live in Pembroke also, my whole family is from there and still alot of them live there. My uncle lives in petawawa and has his whole life (other then being raised in pembroke) and my father lived on the base in petawawa. We are usually in pembroke......2-3 times a year atleast (gotta visit my pregnant sister and 2 nephews). Ijust love it there, Ive always wanted to move back there but its just not in the cards right now.

hee hee! maybe our 'rents know each other! We lived in Pet (on base) from 1982 - 1989, and then moved - but my dad moved back to pet (off base) in 1996 and has been there since, with his gf.
