That Frenche Davis is suing American Idol because they kicked her off for posing topless on an internet site. The reason for the lawsuit is they let Treynce stay even though she was caught shoplifting ( a crime) and dismissed Davis after learning she posed topless (Completely legal)

it is hard to pick they both are good, no great. I think they are better than last years, altho I did like Justin over Kelly but I did not vote so I cant really complain to much.

5littleladies replied: I was watching Good Day Live and they said the AI executive producer says the vote is so close they don't know what they are going to do and that there is also some kind of "anomaly" with the voting. It's gonna be an interesting show tonight!

Kaitlin'smom replied: aww man, there had to be more of a reason the let her go than just that. They also let Cory (?) go because of a crime, he was not yet convicted but he was toast. They should have gotten rid of Treynce then, I did not like her anyway. Does Frenchie really think she could have won? I dont think so, I dont think she would have made it in the top 8!

I dont think they should have let cory go. He was only charged with domestic violence not convicted. Innocent until proven quilty RIGHT???

He wouldnt have made it anyway. He wasnt good enough in my opionion.

I have been a Ruben fan the whole show, but after the last few weeks, I am torn. I didn't know who to vote for, so I didn't vote. I agree, a tie would be awesome!

It will definetly be a close one. I think that I'm rooting for Clay. Either way I think both will get a recording contract so I don't think it really matters who wins. They're both winners in my book.

I'm watching it now, it's only the beginning and is it EVERY FUNNY!!! LOL
