Amazing Feeling!!!!

Well last night it actually is getting loose and i can see a waist in it. Its amazing. why didnt i do weight watchers before? I am now craving so much water and healthy food. I can turn away a chocolate bar and cake and even icecream! I havent had juice since i started 4 weeks ago, no coffee so my addiction to that has disappeared. I can go for hours in between meals and not be eating! I love this! my self esteem is actually rising and i feel better about my body... I cant wait to fit into my dress....

well its actually easy.. I would make parmesean chicken but i would put nothing on my one breat and the rest on marcus's and jennas. the pasta i would take my portion before i add the sauce to the rest etc. Its easy. Plus with hamburger helper tonight im taking out my portion of g.beef before i add the helper mix to the rest. and then i would make my self rice to go with it.. etc etc etc. so i still make the same dinners i just watch my portiona nd what i can and cant have, add or not add
