Alright girls...I need advice - this is probably the wrong forum

Mommy2BAK replied: I've heard that its best to test in the AM, but I didn't with either of my pregnancies, so I don't think it really matters. I'm crossing my fingers for you!

Mommy2BAK replied: Oh and I'd definately shoot for Wednesday, it was my lucky day last time! Go ahead and buy a test tomorrow and maybe test Wednesday morning, if you can wait that long! You've got me excited, you better tell us as soon as you know something!

kit_kats_mom replied: you could probably test tomorrow morning with First response. I believe they are the most sensitive. Go ahead and get the two pack and if you don't get the answer you are hoping for, try not to stress, it just may be too early. Wait until wednesday & use the second test in the morning...morning pee is usually more concentrated and so the traces of the hormones can be more easily picked up. Most of them say they can pick up the hormones as early as 5 days after your missed period...that's why I suspect the others have said Wednesday since that would officially be 5 days past the longest period you've had.

The HCG levels double every two-three days, so the longer you are able to hold off, the better of a result you will get. But...like I have always said and will say again because I am with your nurse...I dont always trust those home tests...go get blood work done if you get a positive! You will get tired of hearing me say that, but hopefully this will be the last time you have to hear it. Good luck sweetie!!

Danalana replied: No, i understand. I definitely want a blood test if i get a positive. After all the heartache of taking tests, I hate the idea of even taking one. maybe I could just hold off until I go into labor

coasterqueen replied: I just wanted to wish you GL when you do test. I am the most NOT patient person in the entire world so I'd be buying 4 tests and testing now, tomorrow, Wednesday, and if had to Thursday. I truly hope you get a big fat POSITIVE.

Danalana replied: I'm not patient either, and I have tested juet like you said...in the past. It has just hurt me so much that I don't want to anymore. As long as I don't have a period and I don't test, i am can be pregnant

Danalana replied: Well, I don't think any of it matters. I had a headache all day yesterday, and it was with me when I woke up. My temp. dipped yesterday and today, so I figure I will start my period today I just don't understand why I can't do it.
