Ahhhh, need major pt's quickly!

Anyways he was approached last month by the head honchos telling him that they are restructuring departments and were going to totally eliminate his department. They did say that they are considering putting him in a different department and he got to choose between a few of them. They never said at that time they were going to pink slip him, but obviously they wouldn't come out and say that. They were supposed to tell him July 5th but never had a meeting. He just called me and told me that he got word that he is being called into a 10 am meeting so they can tell them what they are going to do with him.

PLEASE pray, chant, think, whatever that he keeps his job. PLEASE. If he doesn't I don't know what we'll do. We'll have to move if he does because there aren't too many firms around us that cater to electrical engineers.
