Aaarrgh! Need bra strap stay put tips.

mckayleesmom replied: Can you safety pin part of the strap back...??
amynicole21 replied: That's an option... but it always makes my shirt bunch up where it's pinned. Hmmmm.... Maybe I could tape them to my shoulders! lol
Our Lil' Family replied: Double stick tape??
Our Lil' Family replied: LOL, I read this after I replied!
A&A'smommy replied: hmmm i don't mean to sounds weird or anything but have you had a bra fitting lately or fitted yourself because I watched on a fashion show not too long ago they did a bra fitting and said that you should never have problems with that if your bra is the right size (which most woman don't wear the right size bra) I'm just wondering...
Kaitlin'smom replied: I only have that problem when my bras get to old I dunno if yours is old or new but that could be a factor.
MommyToAshley replied: Is it the little piece that you use to tighten the straps that keeps losening? If so you could always tighten it to where you want it to be and then put a few stitches to hold it in place?
amynicole21 replied: It's brand new and I just got fitted this week. I think the main issue is that I'm trying to keep them pushed a little outwards anyway so they don't show in my boat-neck shirt, so they just slip off. Anyway, it's annoying.
grandma replied: That's your problem.....
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I think that's the best suggestion, especially if you just got fitted. Sometimes this happens to me too, where the little plastic thing on the strap slips down and makes the strap looser. So I like Dee Dee's idea about sewing it in place.
DVFlyer replied: Duct Tape?
A&A'smommy replied: ahh I misunderstood your problem... maybe try a stitch or two
:.Mrs_Mommy.: replied: I have that problem with all of my bras. I probably wouldn't be any help for ya. I just keep pulling mine back onto my shoulders all the time.
I should maybe think about getting fitted but I have never heard of it. I just buy the size I was in when I go to buy underwear.
Nina J replied: I was watching Oprah once and she had her next big thing or whatever it was. Anyway, one lady had this little plastic thing that you attach to you shirt. You put it on the inside, on your shoulder, and then you can clip your bra strap in to it so it won't slip.
But, I don't know if you can buy them or not.
