AUGH! that kid! - Al is a monkey

I don't have a crib net, but I do have a toddler bed handy, that was acutally taking up space in our storage room and getting in my way, so maybe this is a blessing. I'll just set it up in there and let her get used to it, play on it and what not for a while.

bawoodsmall replied: Aiden fell out over the weekend. Thank god he didnt get hurt. He figured out how to use his arms to get his chin up and then he would just kinda topple over(We watched him trying to do it) His bed could go down more(not very much) so we are hoping it is enough. I am not ready to transition. He will be the child that goes downstairs messes up everything... SCARY that he could really hurt himself. We have a baby gate but it wont work. If he can figure out how to get out of his crib he would be able to get over it.

Calimama replied: They grow up so fast! How old is she? I know she's at least a month older than Miabella I think. I'm trying to figure out when I should convert her to a toddler bed. Let us know how it goes!

18 1/2 months. Ben was this age when I switched him over.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: OMG dh and I were just talking about this the other night. We think Wesley is ready to transition to his big boy bed. We have it in storage. He hasn't tried to climb out of the crib yet, but he is getting tall! We had Wil in a big boy bed by now. A twin. But I hear what you're saying, he is my baby and I'm so not ready!
