ARGH Amazon. What's the deal?

Do they do this often? No reason, no nothing. They also said my card would not be charged, but it already had been.

MommyToAshley replied: I order from them A LOT, and I've never had that happen either. Was the order directly through Amazon, or one of the other stores that sells stuff on Amazon? I'd contact their customer service and let them know how displeased you are with their service.
luvmykids replied: It was through one of the other stores, but they had a high rating. I'm definitely letting them know how unhappy I am...normally I don't get too bothered by this kind of thing, but the fact that my card was already charged and that it took them four days to tell me has me pretty irked

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Ergh, that stinks! Sounds like what happened with my book order for my FIL, but at least they didn't charge my card. I'm really sorta irked that Amazon has all the other stores on it now...Sorry if any of you sell there, but it just seems confusing. And things fall through the cracks IMO.
luvmykids replied: Yeah, I actually thought I had ordered from, not just through Amazon, I paid for everything all at once through the Amazon checkout...when I got the email today it was from Amazon, but said my order from "ANTOnline" was cancelled and that was when I realized it was another seller
I'm waiting to see if my bank shows a credit or not in the morning before I call.
