AI fans: Who would you be more like?? - Paula, Randy or Simon?

Simon~ just plain HONEST! The tact is nowhere to be found.

Those are just my observations and words to describe them, but who would you be more like???

And being a judge, you have to be honest and give feedback..negative and positive.
I love Paula, but I think she should be a little more truthful.
I like Simon, I know he can be a jerk, but at least you don't have to second guess what he's thinking.

So I'm a Randy!

MamaJAM replied: I'd be like Paula. Especially with something like those auditions (the ones where people really are trying - not the dumb/goofy/odd-ball ones). The people auditioning are real people who are really trying at something they either love - or really do think they are good at. I can't imagine being cruel to anyone...especially when they really, truly _think_ they are good.

C&K*s Mommie replied: I have to admit, I would be a Paula~ without a doubt. Giving a tempering the negative with some positve to give that extra oommph for the next time. A lttle advice to grow on, if you will. I would also keep my mouth shut if they really were bad, and they knew it, or they really are getting an earful from the other two. No need to beat them down anymore. Besides AI is not the end of the road and if they are determined to make it, all the best to them.

That Manuel using the sob story about the Saint Manuel getting PG with him, and if the Saint granted him this one desire he would never ask for anything again??? Give me a break! I would turn into Simon, there quickly.

My2Beauties replied: I'd be a mix of Randy and Paula I think unless I was having a really bad day and people were irritating me, then I could possibly turn into Simon!

Mommy Dearest replied: I am soo Randy, my bf is a recording artist and i have to proof his stuff all the time so i had to be honest cause i don't want when his song is getting air play and people start critizing them he is upset with me for sugar coating stuff

Insanemomof3 replied: I am a total Simon at home....But if I were there, I would be a mix of all 3 of them, depending on the personality of the contestant. Sometimes you need to be nice, sometimes you need to be brutal. Just depends.

DansMom replied: In real life I am a Paula, all the way. I'm constantly being told that as a manager I am way too nice when disciplining employees. I've had employees not realize that I just disciplined them, and leave my office smiling. It's pretty funny. With Daniel I've had to learn better skills---been working on being the authority figure.

What I aim for is to be like Randy. I respect him the most of the three. He understands the business from many aspects and knows who has the ability to handle a contract. He's occasionally cruel, but he looks sad when he is.

I fantasize about being a Simon, or a Donald Trump, when I need to let off steam in my head. Every once in a while I'd like to let someone have it, especially my more fragile employees. But when push comes to shove, I'm just too nice.
