2nd time watching it and im still going WOW!

I even went into her room just to watch her sleep...I just want to crawl into a hole with her and protect her from everything and keep her my baby forever! Has anyone watched this movie? It hits home when you have daughters! And also being a single mom and the mom on the show is single also just makes me so scared!

I did watch 13 going on 30 over the weekend.....

MommyToAshley replied: I've never seen it, but I watched Oprah when she had the girl that wrote the script on the show. Just hearing them talk about it made me cringe... the things that go on are really scary!

jolene555 replied: i have seen it, and dear lord. it scared the bejeezus out of me. i wanted to take that little brown haired girl over my knee. i definately feel like i am going to have to lock georgia in a cage when she gets there.

on the other hand . . . i am just now 21, and i am looking back at when i was 17 doing the things in that movie. ever since i saw it i have been much kinder to my own mommy.

definately something mothers of daughters should see. it's scary, but sadly accurate for they way some teen girls are.

Josie83 replied: Yeah I saw it and it does make me worry! You just have to hope and pray that your daughter will have her head screwed on right. I feel for mums who have tearaway daughters like that! My mum thought I was bad but I have never done anything like what the girl in the film did! I thought one of the hardest things to take was they way the girl spoke to her mum . . . it would kill me if Cassie was to do that to me! xx
